Terrible rooms, dated building.
Nice view from room, nice bar, friendly staff
Feeling of being trapped in a 1970s time warp.
If you need to be in Bradford, stay at the Hilton Leeds and drive into Bradford instead

Me and my Finance were really looking foward to a spending a night away, so i was really excited when we booked a room at hilton in bradford, but after the experience we had i wouldnt even go anywhere near the place, even if it was for free.
The check in was quick and easy, although it would have helped if the receptionist smiled ( she came across really stuck up and moody)when we got to our room, i was so shocked to discover how out of the date the furniture was, the room had a really bad smell ( the bathroom was neat and tidy but smelt really bad, the bed was so small it cant have been a double, no air con and it was absolutley boling, felt as though we was suffocated. to top it off the the bog standard tv wasnt working. so we decided to complain although we was given another room we still experience exactly the same problems so we gave up in the end and looked foward to going home. i cant believe this hotel was called 'hilton' the standards of this hotel is very LOW ( well i dont think they have any). i would advise anyone considering to go to hilton at bradford to stay away, PLEASE, instead book your self in at premier inn or some other B8B as long as its not hiltom in bradford, THE WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. if you dont believe me then dont say i didnt warn you.

I attended a function at this hotel which was great....nothing to do with venue though!!! I was really looking forward to staying at the hotel which for the money I thought would be a little bit more luxurious. The hotel is shabby and in need of re-decoration. The room was hot and we could not turn down the heating. I was kept up until 5.30 in the morning due to other guests rowdy behaviour. Having spoken with the manager I was promised that the matter would be sorted...it wasn't. Oh well I had breakfast to look forward to but that was rather disappointing too. The staff were not organised and wandered around without purpose....It might have been an idea to make sure there was enough food which there wasn't and what food there was.....was greasy. I received a discounted bill for my troubles however that far from compensated for my terrible nights stay.......Had to go home for some sleep and some good food.

This hotel at Ings Hall in Bradford wins for its location. It is right in the centre of this really excellent town and has good parking next door. The public areas are clean and bright but our room was in need of a redecorate although the bathroom had clearly been recently renovated to good effect. The rooms are on the small side and the external appearance is that of a 60s concrete box; not at all in keeping with the rest of Bradfords great architecture. A room on the front gives a good view onto City Hall and on the back into the local bus station!
The staff are extremely helpful and pleasant. It is a shame that the food in the restaurant is best described as adequate. Look elsewhere for a great meal and there are several good restaurants within easy walking distance.
