This hotel is at Terminal 4 at Heathrow Airport. Despite its airport location, it took us 30 minutes to get there from Terminal 3 (it's a train ride and a long walk). I've stayed off-site at the Renaissance Heathrow Airport, and it's faster getting there (although the Renaissance is no better than the Hilton in terms of quality). The hotel has a very nice lobby area. However, it took us 15 minutes to check in at 11 p.m., 10 minutes in the Hhonors line and at least 5 minutes in a very slow check in process. The prices for the rooms are outrageous; the room we had was $470 per night. Fortunately, I used Hhonors points instead of paying. The rooms are very small, even by European standards, and are furnished modestly. The only positive things about the rooms are that they are soundproof and have good blackout curtains. Internet access in the room is $32 per day, and there is no free access anywhere in the hotel. In the lobby, you have to use a computer that costs $6 for 30 minutes. Overall, the hotel is a very poor value, the only redeeming feature being the location, which saves you the cost of a cab ride or waiting for a shuttle. One other positive note: the hotel does have a free shuttle to the new terminal 5.

This hotel is up to the usual Hilton standard and we enjoyed our stay very much. Particularly helpful cheerful staff, who resolved a web price/booking issue that even their U.S. booking call-centre couldn't (U.S. telephone customer reps were rude and unobliging).
Wonderful bed, room service, pool/spa, and great that it's just a 5-walk away from T4 check-in = great for those early morning flights! (Not the greatest if you're thinking of travelling into London by tube for sightseeing though - its about an hour each way).
Just one word of warning; if you get a room with a view of the atrium/dining area/bar, remember that the glass is two-way, so don't going prancing by the window in your underwear, it might put diners off their food.

Rooms and entire hotel were very nice but at a dear price. Stayed at this hotel on an extended business trip. Co-workers decided we would be staying here. Am planning another trip and will not be staying here just because of the price. Very convienent to Terminal 4 at Heathrow. Connected by a walkway. So you can walk there (about a 5-10 minute walk) then jump on the Tube or the Heathrow express train. Food was decent in the main resturant but the food at the chinese resturant (Zen) was fantastic!! Probably would not stay here just because of the price!

I was with a group of 13 travelers and we missed our connection to the US. We were fortunate enough to have British Airways put us up at this hotel. When we entered the lobby, we were awed by the lovely floral arrangements and calm decor. The check-in clerk was most helpful and so understanding making sure all our needs were met. We had vouchers for 3 meals and all 3 were amazing! The dinner buffet was top-rate and had some of the best swordfish I have ever eaten.
The hotel was so quiet even though it was at the airport. The rooms were so spacious and the bed really comfy. A top of the line Hilton all the way.
We were connected by a walkway to the airport (6 minute walk) and we also were so close to the Tube station we hopped on that for a quick tour of London.
Even though it was free to us, I would pay to stay here.
