We stayed only one night, but found everything to be perfect. The service, food, room, shuttle service....all were exceptional. Would definitely recommend.

I was very pleased with my stay at this hotel. I stayed here for three nights with my Mom and this hotel served out needs quite well. We used the hotel as a base for sightseeing tours in Zurich and Lucerne. It is not located in the center of Zurich but it was only about 30 or 40 minutes to the main train station. If you want to stay in the city centre then this is not the hotel for you. Positives- 1. The hotel shuttle was basically available on demand for us. Whenever we wanted to get it, it was there and left immediately after we boarded. This might have been dumb luck but it happened each morning over three days. It takes about 10 minutes to get to the airport. 2. Breakfast was excellent. Try to get breakfast included with your room rate or you will pay 37 Swiss Franks per person (about 37 dollars). Unlike another reviewer, we had no problems with any line in the morning. The food was excellent and there is a huge variety and hot and cold dishes. 3. The bed was very comfortable and I liked the flat screen tv. Negatives- 1. Housekeeping was erratic. Some days they would leave wash cloths. Other days they would not. Some days they would leave shampoo, but not every day. 2. Gym is OK and has fairly old equipment. 3. The bathroom is small for the caliber of hotel that the Hilton aspires to be.

I would say this is a superior airport hotel. We had a very comfortable room that suited us well. We were originally given a relaxation room that faced the expressway, which was very nice but had traffic noise, so we requested another room. The receptionist was very agreeable and gave us a junior suite that didn't face the expressway. The restaurant also provided a very extensive buffet for dinner. I would definitely recommend this hotel as a place to stop before a flight at the Zurich airport. They have a convenient airport shuttle that leaves every hour. The drive to the airport is just about ten minutes. This is, however, not a good hotel if you want to see the central city of Zurich.

A shuttle drive from the airport, which you use to go access the trains to the city center and other towns. Shuttle quite frequent - every 15-20 minutes. Hotel is neat and fairly stylish for an airport hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful. Small but decent gym. Beds are comfy. Rooms are usual standard but are clean and neat.

This is really a very basic hotel. I understand it is often used soley for business, however they are in need of a serious upgrade. The rooms were comfortable and modern but the hallways and meeting rooms were very simple. The breakfast buffet line-up can get really bad as well, so get there when the rush is over.
