HORRIBLE!!! Do not Stay at this hotel. I got to the hotel around midnight after flying into the airport. There were people laying around the lobby, the side door was propped open. They gave me the wrong room, The shower did not drain at all. There were body hairs all over the bathroom. This is advertised as a 3 star I would not give it a star. Beware of staying here. I was really fearful of being robbed!

This hotel is very clean and the staff was very accommodating. The shuttle was prompt and we arrived at the airport in five minutes.

we stayed here for xmas of 07 and had a horrible time. the property is very large and only has two floors so you have to walk around outside to get to the room and it was freezing outside. when we finally got to the side entrance with our luggage the key wouldnt let us in. so i had to run back while the gf was freezing outside and of course the key didnt work again. good thing this time i stayed inside the hotel so i could finally let my gf inside from the 0 degree weather. also the toilet never worked but they did comp us one nights rate for the troubles so after that it was worth the price we paid which was basically nothing. id rather spend the 25 extra a night. I will never stay here again!!

The hotel staff should have went into the room prior to the guest arrival to turn on the Air Conditioning. When temperatures reach the 90's and the air is humid it would have been nice to walk into a cool room, not a stifling hot room. Also the room was not clean, the carpets were so stained I could not even put my son on the floor to crawl around. With all the money they have likely charged other for staining the carpets, they should have replaced them. When the housekeepers came in to clean the room after are first evening, they did not empty trash cans, restock or clean the coffee pot, and only made one bed up, and only left one set of towels. Upon returning to the hotel from the State Fair, with my son and the other things needed in tow we found the keys no longer worked to get into the door. We then had to walk all the way to the front of the hotel to get the keys re-keyed. I was not impressed with this hotel at all and do not recommend it.

We booked this hotel through Stay123.com because of the option to stay overnight, leave our car parked there while we flew to another city for a vacation. Though this hotel is older, and is not big on all the frills, it certainly served it's purpose of getting us close to the hotel, letting us stay parked on their grounds for up to 14 days while we flew to another city for vacation AND offered free shuttle service to the airport. You also get the same shuttle service when you fly back into town to get your car. The parking is included in the reasonable price of the hotel room, as well as the airport shuttle! The room was not fancy, but it had everything you need for a night's stay. In fact, the king size bed was extrememly comfortable. The front desk service on check in was very good. No problems, very efficient, woke us up on time and when we got to the lobby at 4:15 am for our shuttle transportation, they were ready and waiting. I was very impressed. It would have cost us $21 a day to park at the airport. I would stay there again for the convenience.
