The staff was very pleasant and nice, but the service was close to terrible! When I requested a cot, they had none. When I requested extra blankets, they had one. I asked for wake-up calls twice, they never called. I ordered a razor and they said they'd be right up, they never came. I had to go and get it. They did, however, give us a couple of $5.00 vouchers for the bar and restaurant after I complained. We used them for breakfast in the restaurant and it was actually pretty good!

For a Holiday Inn it was a bit of a disappointment. Staff was very helpful and friendly, but I ended up changing rooms 3 times! Finally got a decent room (the fourth I tried). First room had 2 queens (I had reserved a King). 2nd room the movie channel didn't work (not a big deal) but the thermostat on the heater didn't work either! 3rd room smelled awful - someone had smoked in there! 4th room did the trick! Staff was extremely helpful, but the place is just run down, I guess. Food was acceptable. neighborhood is kinda shakey - I doubt I would stay there again, except by myself while travelling in Stockton, and I didn't have a choice of hotels for the same price. Again, staff did thier best to accomodate me - they were wonderful!

I stay at this Holiday Inn frequently when I fly out to visit my daughter and grandchildren. I have never been disappointed in the service or amenities yet. Excellant room service, delicious food, clean rooms and very quiet. Beds were comfortable and not worn out or lumpy. I would recommend this location to anyone except perhaps those who want to use the pool or hot tub. These are the only things I can't vouch for (since I didn't use them) although they appeared clean. I am a VERY picky traveler so you can believe I wouldn't give this location 4 stars without reason.

I travel a lot on business and have been stuck here over a week. Never again. Maintenance is an afterthought. Ice machine broken (I did find one that worked in one of the other buildings), pop machines don't work, pool is murky, hot tub is cold and dirty. When i checked in the coffee maker didn't have a pot. The phone didn't work (I had to call to have it turned on). The Food 4Less next door has many unsavory characters hanging around outside your windows. Floors are dirty. I try not to walk in the room barefoot. Never the less when you walk into the bathroom you track sstuff onto the tile. Staff is nice enough but promises are just that, promises but no follow through. Non smoking policy not really enforced. Room hallways stink (maybe from the pet friendly policy) All in all it is not very well maintained. Service is among the worst I've ever experienced.

I travel often as a result of work (normally at Holiday Inn's all over the U.S.). The room smelled, the ceiling was dripping in various places in both the hallways, and in my room. Also, the city was shutting down the power all day Sunday, and the hotel did nothing to compensate me for this inconvenience. Do not stay here.
