When you google Lincoln, this hotel comes up as a "Comfort Inn" which it is not! It is Americas Best Value Inn. The price is $60, you are very close to the airport and the man at the front desk was very nice, but that is all the good I can say about this place. The outside area was neglected, the interior carpeting was very dirty - I did not take my sandles off! There were several rooms that opened right into the lobby/breakfast room. The room was hot and had to turn on the window type airconditioner and wait for the room to cool down - it was already 10:30pm and everyone tired! The screen on the window was riped and you could not lock the windows - we were on the first floor. All of the lights in the room were unplugged, one wall soccet was very loose & broken. The bed/sheets did look clean & the tv was fine. Bathroom was clean, but no bath towels, and had to go to the front desk to get them. They were small and scratchy. I am not a picky person and have travelled a lot, but this place scared me - if I was alone I would have forfeited the cost of my room and gone else where! There are lots of other hotels in this same area - I suggest you look at one of those!

It's very okay. Nothing special, but the price is right. Seemed clean enough. No gross-outs. The HBO was broken. The hot tub looked well maintained, but not inviting. There's some quick dining near-by and a gas station that sells beer across the street. Just what we wanted - a place to sleep. Breakfast was pretty basic - bagles, biscuts, donut, cereal, juice, coffee & oatmeal. The basic "free breakfast" fare.
Be sure to ask for the AAA discount. They didn't ask to see the card.

Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Check-in was quick and easy and the staff was very friendly. I was extreamly impressed by the deluxe breakfast they offered in the morning. The lobby was very relaxing and had a warm feeling to it. The high speed wireless internet was offered all through the hotel which was very handy. Overall, our experience was one of the best we've had in the hospitality business. I would recommend this hotel to all of our friends and family!

Perfect example of "you get what you pay for". Price was great, but the hotel was far from clean. We had a non-smoking room, but that didn't help, the whole hotel smelled like smoke. I would not stay there again.

Me and my family stayed at this hotel in July of 2007. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. They offered a great cont. breakfast and the rooms were very clean. The indoor spa was very comfortable and relaxing. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Lincoln, NE area. This hotel was great for people of all ages and lifestyles.
