The Holiday inn in Riverton far exceeded my expectations. It was a beautiful place. The room looked like it had recently been remodeled. It was a beautiful room with a great bathroom. Super clean. Huge countertop in bathroom. The restaurant was extremely clean and the food was great. All the staff was very helpful and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was very clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. Bed's were comfortable and even with a full 2nd floor, the room was quiet and we did not hear any noise from fellow travelers. The only downside was the hotel restaurant. We had traveled on motorcycles and appreciated the convenience of getting off the bikes. The waitress did not refill our glasses and forgot to bring the condiments. She did not know what was on the menu. Service was very slow even though it was a Saturday night with only 4 other diners. We tried again the next morning and service was a little better.The food was pretty good both times but the staff need's some training. We would stay again but would bypass the restaurant.

I had a very nice stay. The hotel is somewhat dated, but extremely clean and well run. The bed was comfortable, the internet speed (wireless) was very good, the towels were soft and the work-out room had exceptional equipment. The food was good and the people were very friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are ever in Riverton.

I was very pleased with the entire experience at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The exercise equipment was well maintained. The rooms are quite spacious and very clean. I especially enjoyed the free wireless internet access.

There is no on-site workout facility and no elevator. I was not impressed with the on-site restaurant but there are others nearby. The location is easy to find and the accommodations overall are clean and acceptable. The TV had lots of annoying lines on it, however. They do have in room wireless internet for free, but it's speed varies, which can be annoying if you are working a lot online. Also, I could hear the hotel cleaning staff talking, vacuuming and cleaning ALL DAY from within my room so I took to wearing earplugs. Since options for where to stay in Riverton are pretty limited, I would still recommend this, just know what you are getting into and don't expect luxury here. I was annoyed by the desk staff as I had originally booked one night online and called to add two others and arrive earlier. He lectured me on reasons not to book online and then proceeded to screw up the new reservation. In the end, it all worked out, but if hotels don't want you to book on their website they shouldn't offer that option - offering it and then having staff tell you not to use it as it inconveniences them somehow is annoying.
