Great location and the most comfortable beds. Food quality is great unfortunately the food service does not match. Well located on Hay Street Mall close to shops and the convention centre. I would stay here again if going to Perth

Stayed here 1 night recently, I must say that the Hotel is good location. Great accessing to all of Perth's places such as train station,bus stop,restaurant,pubs,clubs,cafe,swan tower,shopping center,business center etc. The room was large, clean, big double beds with a very comfortable mattress/pillows, very spacious bath room. The concierge were very helpful. It is OK but don't expect grand luxury. As we were really only sleeping there, this didn't cause too much problem.

Fantastic location for visiting beautiful Perth. The free CAT buses stop right outside and there are plenty of restaurants, fast food places shopping malls and Barrack Street Jetty, Train and Bus stations within a few minutes walk. We looked at other apartments and hotels in Perth but after visiting for the first time in Nov 2007 we were pleased we'd chosen the HI. The CAT finishes at approx 6pm in the evenings and many other accomodations don't have the close vacinity to eateries and shops which would mean taxis or very long walks. The staff were always helpful and very informative about the sights to see and the rooms were modern and clean. Would definately stay again if visiting Perth.

Sapevamo che l'hotel era un po' vecchio, ma visto che ci fermavano solo una notte e la posizione era così comoda per i nostri programmi di teatro e shopping abbiamo deciso di prenotare lo stesso e siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi. I corridoi erano un po' deprimenti e avrebbero bisogno di essere rinnovati, ma la camera era spaziosa e ariosa con due letti da una piazza e mezza e un bagno con doccia e vasca da bagno separate (ottimo per ginocchia scricchiolanti come le mie). Il personale era gentile, simpatico e assolutamente disponibile.

Il personale è gentile e vi farà sentire i benvenuti. Le camere deluxe ai piani superiori sono spaziose e ben arredate. La posizione è eccellente, su Hay Street, a pochi passi dalle zone pedonali dei centri commerciali di Murray Street e Hay Street. Il concierge era disponibile e gentile e ci ha aiutato a trascorrere un ottimo soggiorno. Il bar interno, un po' insignificante, ha un dehor ed è frequentato da gente del posto, ma troverete pub con più atmosfera nei dintorni.
