I agree with everything said by the reviewer in July. It is a bit of a walk to the Metro, but it is a fun walk. Everything you need is right here. I had a room facing the street. It was very noisy when I had the window open, but when I closed it, it was silent! Very quiet room overall. Decent size for Paris and very clean. Love the WiFi access. Didn't eat at the hotel, because how French would that be? Tons of places to eat just down the street, and a fantastic bakery, cheese shop, wine store, cheese shop and fresh fruit store. You can't beat that!

Not of Holiday Inn Standard

This hotel does not meet the standards that you would expect of a Holiday Inn. I have never been certain of where a Garden Court fits into the ICH brand, but the answer is definitely low.
Had a room that fronted the street and backed onto the lift shaft and some noise could be heard from both. Aircon worked a bit but not sufficient for a comfortable night. The whole room was basically in need of a refit. Bathroom acceptable but with no separate shower.
Rack rate at front desk was €179 but from the website I paid €250. Complete rip off at that rate. I know Paris is expensive but this is worth €150 max.

Small hotel but the rooms are clean, well maintained, and very quiet, which I considered a big bonus. Not much in the way of hotel amenities, but that said, everything you need is right on the doorstep, it's a great location. I would highly recommend a visit to the Ristorante Pulcinella located almost next door to the hotel, good food at a very reasonable rate !!

Three of us stayed in a Double with a cot that transforms into a chair. We had plenty of walking room even when the cot was made up into a bed. The walk to the metro and nearby Sacre Couer was no problem and the hotel clerks were very polite and helpful (in English!). Would definitely stay here again.
