My wife and I booked a two night stay at Norwich North Holiday Inn with dinner on the 1st night and breakfast both mornings. We got a great deal on the internet. The hotel building is not very inspiring but it is clean, comfortable and the staff are very pleasant. Both our dinner on the 1st night and the breakfasts were excellent (buffet style). It is very close to the airport but aircraft noise is not a problem as flights are not frequent. However if you wish to fly from Norwich they do an excellent deal including car parking! The park and ride to Norwich City centre is very close by and is the best way to get to the city as car parking is very expensive. This hotel is a good choice for those wishing to explore North Norfolk or Norwich. It is easy to find being just off the Norwich ring road and A140 to Cromer.

me and my boyfriend stayed in a jaccuzzi room ,the jaccuzzi did not work!!! the room stunk and there was mould in the bathroom, the sheets looked as if they hadnt been changed after the previous guests as there was hairs on them! the reception staff are terrible they seem to have no idea of customer service i feel sorry for anyone who has the misfortune of staying there! This hotel needs to be shut down!

This hotel hosted the Norwich Jazz Party the first weekend in May 2007. They did a great job of looking after a full hotel. The accommodation is comfortable, and good quality given the price range. Food is excellent - good choice at breakfast and at the dinner buffet. Bar prices are a bit high but are probably comparable with other hotels of this quality. But in my opinion the best feature of the hotel is the staff - helpful and friendly, and ready to sort out any problems quickly when then occur. This hotel has changed hands somewhat in recent years, so reviews of it when it was a Hilton are probably irrelevant now.
