The room was extremely small with water stains on the ceiling and old worn furniture, when they advertise they have been remodeled in the past year. When we checked in and got cleaned up the toilet clogged. On our way out I asked at the front desk that they fix the toilet, check the air conditioning that wasn't doing it's job, and put up a new shower curtain since the one there had mold on it. When we returned hours later the A/C still wasn't working very well, the shower curtain was the same one and whoever plunged the toilet didn't even bother to flush it when he was done ( GROSS ). All that was bad enough but when a bug as wide as my thumb and twice as long crawled across the wall we were out of there. The gal at the front desk who didn't seem to speak much English never even asked why we were checking out 6 days early.

This was one of the worst stays that I have ever had. Upon arrival, our room was dirty and it had a weird smell to it. The air conditioning did not work in the hotel either, the maintenance man had us switch rooms, but they did not update the information in the computer, and the next day we had a couple try to enter our room. The bathroom was dirty and when the fan was turned on, live roaches fell out of the vent. Microwaves were only available for a fee, but when asked about this, the manager lied to my husband and told him that he had already spoken to me about the issue. Though most of the rooms were unrented, a microwave was never made available. The small store where one could be used was always closed. The employees, especially the evening employees, were racist, disrespectful and dishonest. Though we had paid a deposit on the phone, one of the evening employees, Robin, to be exact, made it a point to turn our phone off every evening when she came in to work. One of the days I needed to call the hospital regarding my infant, she refused to turn the phone on, even after I attempted to pay the amount (which she lied about) that she said I owed. She said that I should not be living in a hotel, which was a completely disrespectful comment as I had come there on business and had only been there for 4 days. The manager said that he would have a word with her, but instead we were asked to leave the hotel. To this day, when trying to call to resolve the issue, he is convienently unavailable. I currently am filing a civil lawsuit against this hotel and would encourage anyone else who has experienced this same horrible treatment and service to contact me. In the meantime, do not stay at this substandard hotel.

I had the recent pleasure of staying at this hotel. For the $45.00 rate I paid, it was well worth the trip and helped me stay within my budget. The restaraunt on site had delicous food and a fun Karoake night! I found the Front Desk staff to be very personable. All in all, this is a great property for families visiting the area. When I return back to Orlando, I will surely stay here again.
