We stayed at this hotel after 2 years and found the hotel very clean and very friendly. We had dinner in the restaurant and it was very nice.I got to give a special mention about their staff they were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also great with plenty of selection of food and friendly staff. I would definetly comeback and stay at this hotel.

We stay at this hotel quite a lot. We stay when we want a relaxing weekend shopping, to the theatre or a night out where one of us doesnt have to drive.
For that it is perfect, directly opposite the shops we park up and head over there. Sometimes they charge for parking, sometimes they dont, but ?5.00 for the over night stay which in affect covers Saturday and Sunday is brilliant, especially when you know how expensive MK is to park.
The rooms are always clean and well maintained, nothing overly funky or amazing, but we normally get the ?49 b&b rate, so what more can you expect.
We have had a few problems in the past, no hot water in the room - but they quickly came, tested and then moved us to an executive room. It was a pain to move all of our stuff but they were so quick to help and in mins we were packed.
Breakfast is always hot and plenty to choose from! Everything from hot to cold, cereals, pastries etc.
Have eaten in the restaurant in the evening before as well. Food is always nice, but completely over priced, but you are paying for the convenience, MK has loads of restaurants so a small walk and you have plenty of choice.
Sometimes it can be a bit noisy if there is a function on, and when it is I dont think they should put non-functioning guests in the rooms overlooking the lobby/bar, but again they sorted this for us.
We stay here whenever we want a bit of a break which is close to home, but a hotel treat.
Worth every penny, if not just for the peace and quiet.
Oh and pool is nice temp and never too busy aswell!!

My partner and I decided to book this hotel, for not only the Priority Club points, but the fantastic location.
We'd originally booked a Standard Room, but decided to treat ourselves to an Executive. I e-mailed the hotel, and this was actioned promptly, and a confirmation e-mail was sent out to me.
The hotel was nice and easy to find, and we quickly and easily got parked up.
As we're Priority Club members (free to join), and had already pre-paid online, our room was pre-allocated and we only needed to sign to obtain our room key. We were also given a 2-for-1 drinks voucher for the bar. Check in, therefore, was a doddle and the receptionist was very friendly.
The first thing we noticed when we arrived in the room was the odd smell, like stagnant water. As this was only really noticable by the front door, we didn't complain. The room was huge, very clean otherwise, and offered the perfect medium for my partner and I (a walk-in shower and a seperate bathtub).
The bed was also very comfortable, the outside patio would be useful in the summer months, and the "pillow menu" was a nice touch.
Spirit Health club was very clean, the staff were friendly, and the setting was perfect for a relaxing swim. As the opening hours were very generous, I'd recommend going towards the end of the evening (like we did), as we had the place to ourselves! This included the sauna and steam rooms.
That night, we decided to take the short walk to the Theatre District, and ate in one of the numerous top-brand restaurants. (Worth mentioning as an alternative to Hotel food).
In the morning, we used our 2-for-1 drinks voucher and took our drinks into the Breakfast room. This didn't cause a problem, and we were soon sat down at our table. The menu choice was great, Full English for myself (piping hot and of very good quality), and my partner decided to go for the pastry and cereal selection.
Check-out was very easy, with no fuss, and the receptionist was [again] very friendly. We put our bags in the car, and left it in the park, whilst we walked the very short distance to the shops.
All in all, we had a good stay, but there were a few slightly bad points (only with the room type we were given)
1) The TV wasn't that big, and as we were quite a way from it (whilst in bed), it was sometimes hard to read anything on it.
2) Our room was essentially facing the atrium, we could hear the music/beat from the bar underneath. I did call reception and ask how long the music was going to go on for, and was told it will be over by 11:30pm, which it duly was.
I would definately return, but next time I'd go for a standard room. These rooms as in corridors (so not exposed to the atrium background noise) and the TV is a lot closer to the beds, thus easier to view.

Stayed first week 08 and the hotel was deserted.Great location right next to stores and bars etc....Hotel is better looking on the inside than on the outside.Greeted by very friendly receptionist.Hastle free booking in.Room although not large was clean and looked well cared for.The bathroom very small but well maintained.I think we were the only ones on floor 3 as you could hear a pin drop.Breakfast was the usual buffet style affair. It was mightly embarassing as there were almost 3 staff to every customer as the hotel was so empty. Was not charged the £5.00 per day parking fee which was a nice gesture.I heartily recommend this hotel for a short break and some maga shopping.

We enjoyed a one night stay here, agree with previous reviews except one thing.
The Restaurant, we and all guests staying on Sat 24th Nov had the most horrendous service, I dont think a single person paid for their food, Fawlty Towers would have received a Michelin star next to this restaurant.
The "Manager" in this excuse for a restaurant was more intrested going around tables telling anyone that would listen how everything was everyones fault but her own, she has obviously just finished her NVQin Leisure and Tourism and walked straight into the job,
thank goodness for Chris, the only member of staff who knew what he was doing, even if he did speak the less english, and also to Becky who erased all the Bills,
An other wise ok hotel, please Holiday inn, sort the restaurant out, before its too late
