The unit we got was clean and absolutely gorgeous with complimentary water, umbrella, for instance.

Smooth check-in and late check-out which was awesome. the place looks really chic. Great spot here, close to a subway station 🚇.

The service was good and the food was exceptional; the location is fantastic and magnificent, right next to a tube station, and we enjoyed dining at a pretty good restaurant for breakfast and lunch.

The accommodation had a central location to so many downtown attractions-at a non-downtown price. All the staff was fabulous. The rooms were huge and trendy, included TV set with satellite channels, climate control, and an individual safe.

The location here was fantastic and it was so convenient to have private parking right under the hotel. We absolutely loved our rooms with a view. 🌟

Loved the modern and stylish design of the hotel. The rooms were well-decorated and comfortable, and the bedding was top-notch. Location was convenient, with easy access to key attractions and public transportation. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The complimentary wine hour was a nice touch, creating a relaxed and inviting atmosphere.

One downside was the lack of nearby bars, which required taking a cab to go out at night. The room temperature was uncomfortably warm, despite the option to open windows for ventilation.

Great location to major sight-seeing attractions, particularly the ROM. We found we could walk to most things we wanted to see. When the distance was too great, the subway was very close. Despite the business of the area we were out at night and felt quite safe. I (female) walked around the Toronto university area at night and felt quite safe. The room was clean and comfortable and very adequately met our needs. We felt it was good value for the location.

The location of the hotel was perfect for us, as it was in Yorkville which is just around the corner. This gave us easy access to the Metro, a ton of quality bookstores, restaurants, a Whole Foods and the U. The room was spacious and comfortable, with incredibly soft sheets on a supportive mattress. The service was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast had a good variety of options and the view of the street was appreciated.

The suite felt refurbished and not as polished as other Kimpton hotels.

Air condition was noisy halls smelled smokey/musty room smelled musty no mini fridge or micro wave protestors disturbed my sleep. Parking was "extra" and expensive
