This is a very good hotel for business or leisure. Rooms are simply but clean. Staff are very friendy. There is lots of parking and free wireless internet. Did not use the pool or fitness facilities but they looked adequate.
Would stay here again.

Not great - unhelpful staff

Stayed 1 night in April. Would not accept BA staff discount. Room was very spacious and comfortable apart from the dreadful smell of cigarette smoke coming through the air vents into the bathroom and bedroom. We explained to the front desk upon check out and they didn't seem to believe us as it was a non- smoking floor. They didn't seem to care either. Very surly staff.
Not good...

Checked in to suite, pulled out sofa bed and found Cheerios in the sheets, yes, Cheerios. Had to wait for a maintenance guy to come and change the bedding as no housekeeping staff were around in the evening.
Room had a lovely view of the restaurant.
Speaking of, restaurant was mediocre at best with horrible staff.
Meeting rooms were dingy, low ceilings and dirty carpets.
With all the hotels in Edmonton, pick another.

The room was beautiful with a business desk, comfy chair with ottoman and a king size bed with very nice linens and pillows as well as a small fridge and wireless internet.
We traveled with our 18 month old son and found it extremely comfortable. The staff was wonderful, friendly and professional.
There were 2 downsides
The first was our meal at the restaurant. We both ordered steak and it was not good. I sent mine back and it came back better the second time, but it was mediocre at best.
The hotel is close to train tracks, and although we didn't find it loud we bought a fan to drown out the noise just in case it might wake our son up and all of us slept really well the whole stay.

Night one - arrived checked in was fine, nothing special, 2 am trains start going by the room and being LOAD, our room was unfortunately on the North side of the hotel, got no sleep that night, called front desk to complain and was told the hotel was full, we were booked for three nights... the next morning I requested to switch rooms, the manager was anything but friendly, in fact she was almost as bad as the trains...
Second day I had ordered a "airport shuttle" front desk never confirmed this and I almost missed my plane... oh well atleast I'll always remember NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL
