Neighborhood not the best but safe enjoy. No contintal breakfest as said in add. No coffee either in lobby. Coffee in rooms were terrible. Sugar and creamer were hard as a rock and I was scared to use it. You can not walk to anything. Can drive to tons of food and other things.
Rooms were clean. Bed and shower were great. For the price I would stay again just not long term.
Its not the Marriot but for price I was ok with it.

I needed an hotel for a business trip to Fayetteville, that was both convenient to my work location and affordable.
I had stayed at a couple of other ABV hotels, one terrible (Orlando area) the other very good value Daytona Beach.
This Fayetteville hotel I found to be excellent value, with friendly management.
Located close to the I95 corridor, it would be an excellent choice for a break travelliing between the northern mid atlantic states and Florida.
Well located close to the historic downtown area and within a few blocks of some good restaurants, also far enough from the military areas to avoid the less desirable attributes, such as strip clubs.
The room was clean, comfortable, and I would return if in the vicinity. I recommend it highly.

My husband is in the Navy, stationed at Ft Bragg and we were allowed to come visit for a few days before he's shipped out. I called in January, directly to the hotel, and made a reservation for an ajoined room. My mother in law was traveling with us and I have a 6 month old little girl so I thought it would be helpful to have the connecting rooms. I even called back once to add an extra day, we were originally supposed to leave Friday but decided to leave Saturday instead, I called that in at the end of January and I wanted to make sure they had my reservation on file and for the correct dates etc. Trust me, I've been burned before so that's why I double check. I think called back about a week or so before we arrived to ask what kind of set up was there, fridge, microwave etc. I also confirmed my reservation with the gentleman who answered the phone, who ended up being co owner, the woman I spoke with the first two times was his wife. When we arrived Monday evening around 7 30, my husband was already there, they gave us the keys and we went upstairs, 2 seperate rooms. I was irritated because I knew I confirmed the reservation for connecting room. I went down and spoke with the wife, Hannah I believe her name was. She laughed and said "We sorry, we gave room to another gentleman. I ask him to move out, he say no" Come to find out, this "gentleman" who was staying for one night with 3 other grown men, was in the lobby right before my husband and within 10 minutes wouldn't move rooms because they had already unpacked. The owner told my husband they couldn't find my reservation, it's not like I made it online where it could have come from different sources, I called. Hard to believe but whatever. She told us they were leaving tomorrow so we could switch rooms then, they happened to be the next 2 down from where we were. So the next morning we were leaving to go do some sight seeing and Hannah stopped us in the parking lot, "Your room ready now" and we told her we had already gotten settled between us and the baby and we were NOT going to move rooms. When we got back several hours later, my husband noticed both of our room doors open and no cleaning cart outside. Do you know they went in and took ALL of our stuff out of the rooms we were in and moved them to the connecting room? I was shocked and very very angry. I went down to talk to her, she wasn't there but her husband was. He said "Sorry my wife must not have understood" well I'm sorry I don't believe that, I think "We are not going to move our room" is perfectly clear english. We had digital cameras, video recorders, lab tops etc and not that anything was harmed or taken but still, I told you we were not going to move therefore I didn't want to move. Moving my own stuff was not the point, the point was you gave our room, why you only have one connecting room is beyond me, but you gave it to someone else. But that's not all. Friday morning one of the cleaning guys called me and asked if we needed anything, I told him no we were fine and he said, well the front desk says you need to be checking out today. I was so mad by this point I could have spit nails. I went downstairs and told them "I will never be staying in this facility again if I'm ever in this area and anyone I know that comes to this area, wont' stay here either" Hannah, the wife, said "They didn't put it in here, they didn't put it in here that you stay extra day" I don't know why she was talking like it was someone else when the 3 times I called, the original reservation and to add an extra day, I spoke with her. I spoke with her husband to see what they had in the room. So they needed to charge the card again. No discount was offered, they just kind of looked at me as if I did something wrong. Not to mention that there were "stragglers" always walking around outside, down the streets like waiting on something to happen, it just made me very uncomfortable. We got back one evening to 3 police cars in the parking lot and a man handcuffed on the ground, again, not someplace I would voluntarily take my family. So will I ever stay here again? Heck no! Not even with the military discount was it worth all that.

We were in town for an International pro skateboarding event and the people that run the Inn were absolutely super! Our group included up to 6 rooms and everyone felt right at home. The rooms were cleaned each day and alwasy fresh when we retuned each niight after a long day at the event. i would recommend anyone looking for an affordable, nice place to stay while in the area, check out Americas Best Value Inn in Fayetteville, NC.
Sincerely,
