I really enjoy myself in Holiday Inn. The staff is so helpful and friendly. The room also is very spacious and worth the money spend. I also try their BBQ buffet. It was only for $30 per pax and there is variety of food. The breakfast also was good and got a selection of food to choose from. For sure I will be back towards end of this year. Thanks to holiday Inn for making my stay with my fiance a happy one. Will gonna try Holiday Inn phuket next month.

I've visited Holiday Inn Batam twice, and has made a reservation for a 3rd trip in 2 weeks' time. 1) It was only an hour ferry ride from Singapore, so I really appreciate the short get away when my hubby and I needed a break. The bus service that holiday inn provides allows us to get to the hotel easily and safely. We never had to wait very long to be transported to the hotel. 2) Staff at Holiday Inn are terrific! They have a good command of English, are courteous and attend to your needs. I remember we had asked the concierge about places we can visit in Batam and he gave us a lot of suggestions. They also assisted us in getting a taxi to where we wanted to go. I really appreciate their service. Their staff at the dining area were also polite, and on a few occasions, had stopped to ask if we were enjoying ourselves. That was really nice. 3) Tea Tree Spa at Holiday Inn Batam is to me, the highlight of the place. I LOVE LOVE LOVE their spa treatment and find that their masuers are professional, eloquent and very polite. Their spa packages are rather steep, but Tea Tree Spa has an ambiance that to me, is worth the $. The only thing to take note of is that if you have your massage at night, you might have to take the risk of being bitten by some mosquitoes. 4) Rooms were relatively clean and well kept. The room service was pretty efficient. On one trip, we found the sofa outside to have a peculiar smell. We feedback that to the hotel upon our check out. 5) Pool is always assisted by staff - new towels are provided quickly and readily. Staff at pool is also eloquent and good in English. Their pool is clean, and I love to just bask in the sun at the pool. 6) Reservations: I have no problem reserving rooms with the hotel directly. They always have packages which I can tap on. The management is efficient and very polite, even in emails. They responded to my interest in reserving a room in a day. Thats rather impressive. I would really love to return there again and am looking forward to another trip at Holiday Inn Batam!
