I am Mexican and my husband is American. We stayed here with our teenage daughter for three days while attending a family reunion. We had travelled throughout central Mexico for @ 12 days before coming here. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The rooms were clean, comfortable, with great mattresses and bedding (not always great in Mexico!), excellent air conditioning, nice TV with cable, etc. This was one of the most comfortable hotels we've been to in Mexico. As to the artwork in the room, we loved it!. They were real, numbered lithographs by a Mexican artist. We saw other pieces by the same artist at a gallery in Tlaquepaque. The only thing I did not like, is that they don't have ice machines; if you need ice, you have to call room service. The gym was excellent, with modern, new equipment. We ate at the steak house and I found it overpriced for the quality. Also, our teen daughter did not appreciate the scantily clad waitresses (I thought we were back in 1970's). The main restaurant, Vitrales, had a very good breakfast buffet, and an excellent Sunday brunch.

The hotel is so great. It has a good location around the city, but they have horrible paintings on the rooms that are so freak,scary and diabolic. I cant sleep so well and you could feel a heavy atmosphere. They have an excellent room service and also the meat restaurant in the lobby is good.

Reserved 1 night in normal room. Room had a great bed, and beautiful view of Guadalajara. Clean room and reasonably spacious. Breakfast was included at 100 pesos extra, and was a good (not great) buffet. Check-in was very polite, courteous, and unusually efficient for Mexico. Good location, although not walkable to tourist attractions.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff, pretty, super-clean and even posh rooms. get the included breakfast if you can. it will last you all day and is very mexican .... four different types of freshly-squeezed fruit juices and huge numbers of different dishes.

A causa del mio lavoro devo venire spesso a Guadalajara. Sono stato in cinque dei dieci migliori alberghi riportati su questo sito e vi devo dire che l’Hilton è di gran lunga il migliore. Il servizio è fantastico: dagli addetti alla reception, al concierge, agli impiegati della lavanderia tutti sono davvero premurosi; sono davvero lì per assistervi con qualunque richiesta o problema che possiate avere. Nel seminterrato poi troverete un incredibile ristorante, l’Angus, che vanta un servizio eccellente e una cucina di qualità. Vi vengono a prendere all’aeroporto e potete essere sicuri che vi ci riporteranno quando ne avrete bisogno. La colazione al Los Vitrales è la migliore della città. Il venerdì questo ristorante è considerato da un sacco di gente di Guadalajara come uno dei posti preferiti dove incontrarsi. In passato in altri alberghi quali l’Intercontinental di Guadalajara ho avuto problemi con la prenotazione, ma all’Hilton loro fanno assolutamente del loro meglio per assicurarsi che tutto accada rapidamente. Si trova davanti all’Expo Guadalajara dove si tengono tutte le fiere commerciali. La palestra è sempre pulita e hanno a disposizione le ultime innovazioni tecnologiche. Il business centre ha tutto quello di cui si possa avere bisogno. Insomma, qui troverete tutto quello che vi serve.
