we stayed at your hotel for a convention. it was clean, the price was right, but the evening staff was not friendly at all. Actually, she was rude. Then a heavy thunderstorm came and our room leaked. We were not even asked if we would like another. I definitely will not be staying at this hotel again.

Stayed at this hotel in May 2008 for a graduation. Hotel is located right across the street from the Maybee Center at Oral Roberts Univ. We were able to just walk from the hotel to the graduation. According to the staff, all the rooms were recently renovated. Noticed a few things that still needed work, but our room was very nice. Overall, was very pleased. Pros: Nice room with desk and couch; great location for what we needed; 40" LCD TV; coffee/tea in room Cons: No fridge; no microwave; no free internet (internet available, but was $10 per day)

I have stayed at this Hotel SEVERAL times and have NEVER been disappointed. This has ALWAYS been a great Hotel. I always request a King Room, and they are wonderful. The rooms are big and spacious. It comes with a COMFORTABLE King Bed, a Sofa and Coffee Table, an easy chair, and a work station complete with wired internet or wireless internet (cost involved). The Bathroom is well appointed and complete with all you need. There is a large TV and complete cable package. The Hotel has gone through a major renovation in the past year, and the common areas are beautiful. (Free wireless internet in the lobby area.) I used an online discount service to book my room and have always gotten it for less that half the normal price at the Hotel. This is always a bonus too. The Resturant and Room Service are very good. I have never had a bad meal here. I WILL be back to this Hotel again and again. Great Value, Wonderful Room, and Fantastic Location. . . coupled with a great staff. What a combination.

What is happening with Hilton? How can they possibly keep their name on hotels like this. I stayed in one of the "refurbished" rooms -- there was peeling wallpaper held in place with thumbtacks, all the furniture was broken (the wall support on my bed had been repaired with a 2x4 that wasn't even painted), the carpet was suspiciously dirty looking, and on and on. Nothing was good about the room. I booked this through Priceline and it was rated 2.5 stars --- get real Priceline! This is a 1 star bargain priced hotel. They are redecorating the lobby now but I don't sleep in lobbies - the room was not acceptable and I won't stay here again. I've been at Gold-level status for Hilton Honors for most of the last ten years but am now reconsidering my loyalty.

Good hotel for the price. The entire BLDG is being work on and it shows. Has some great views of the river and of Oral Roberts. Staff we very friendly. Bed was great in an extra big room. Shower was sub par, overall good deal for the money.
