After a long day of travelling the front desk clerk sensed how tired we were and was extremely kind and "express" checked us in. (I think he was prepared for us as when we made the booking we indicated we were driving, a long drive, and that it would be a late check in). Rooms are great, love the beds. Service in the restaurant for breakfast was wonderful. We always tip the housekeeping staff, (their job is truly a thankless one) and they were so incredibly appreciative (made me realize that maybe not everyone acknowledges just how hard they work.) If we are ever out that way again, we would choose this hotel, without a doubt!

This hotel has a nice lobby with fireplace and Western ornaments. (I find it always nicer as a hotel has some local touches, that not every Hilton Garden Inn looks completely the same.) There was a friendly employee at check-in and we were given an upgrade for our Diamond HHonors status.
The hotel seems older, but the rooms are very nice and of a proper size. We had a good quality King bed, an easy chair (nice detail, with western figures!) with ottoman, a side table, a working desk with chair and a unit with refrigerator, microwave and coffeemaker (with Starbucks coffee). The bathroom was spacious with a large (2 persons) whirlpool and separately a walk-in shower. Everything was clean and we had enough soft towels. There was a connecting door in our room and in the early evening we slightly heard the TV from our neighbors. Luckily it was turned off before we went to sleep.
With our arrival we received two bottles of water and a coupon of 5 dollar for the casino. Didn’t went to the casino and have not tried the restaurant as well. We were tired and made our own meals in the microwave (there is a pavilion shop next to the front desk).
The next morning the breakfast was outstanding, there were many things to choose from and a cook to prepare eggs and so on. The waitress was a forthcoming young girl. We left early and were soon on our way as the I-90 is just a short drive from the hotel.

Very unhelpful staff that seemed like they would like to be doing anything else than helping guests. When I asked to speak the to the managment, he was was even more rude that the hourly employees. When I checked in the microwave had cheese in it and there was an opened bottle of beer in the fridge. I called the front desk and they didn't seem to know what to do or who to talk to. The Blue Canyon next door was aweful. The staff was unfriendly and rude while the food overpriced and tasteless. I saw one of the chefs drinking on the job. Over all, a very poor performance for a new hotel. I would go back to the Holiday Inn anyday. At least the staff and managment doesn't have their noses in the air.

This is a very comfortable, attractive hotel. Staff were friendly and willing to answer numerous questions. Although across I-90, it is still along the main drag (Reserve St.) and within 2 miles of just about any restaurant or retail establishment you could ever want.
My only complaint about this hotel is that I would expect more than one washer & dryer for a hotel of this size. I competed with 2 other families to get two loads of laundry done.
Also note that some of the second floor is designated as smoking rooms. If you are extremely sensitive to cigarette smoke, make sure to ask for a room far away from the smokers. Our room was the last non-smoking room on the floor. While we couldn't smell smoke in the room, I could smell it every time I stepped into the hall.

This was a nice hotel, clean and comfortable - no complaints - but compared with other Hilton Garden Inns, it was average. We stayed for 3 nights on a Hilton Honors Reward Certificate, which we could not book online at this hotel.
There were lots of guests for a wedding staying here as well as soccer families for a tournament - it was a busy place!
The Blue Canyon Restaurant on the premises is a great place to dine, but expect to pay $100 for two people. The food is excellent. Be sure to make a reservation. The morning buffet in the hotel lobby was crowded - they didn't have enough staff to keep it running efficiently during busy times, but the food was fine if you're not in a hurry and didn't mind waiting.
