Overall, we were happy with the Hilton. Our room was nice and the hotel was in a convenient location for us.
I'll start with the big negative and then fill you in on a few of the positives. THIN WALLS! As we were laying in bed winding down for the night, let's just say we heard lots of interesting noises coming from the room next door. Apparently the couple next door was really enjoying their stay, if you know what I mean.
I understand that this stuff happens, but the noise and the knocking was uncomfortably loud. We laughed at first, but eventually it just became annoying.
So the positives? Pretty much everything else. The staff was friendly, but not overly-so. We booked through Priceline, so the price was good. The pool and exercise room were quite nice. We didn't use any of the conference facilities, so I can't comment on that. I was also annoyed that internet cost $10 a day or something like that. But it was free in the lobby, so that's a plus.
I would have rated this 4/5 if not for the neighbors.

Check-in was quick and painless. I was upgraded to an Executive Room by the kind and courteous staff. The room was nicely sized with a comfortable bed. The Executive Lounge had an excellent assortment of food and beverages for both the evening reception and breakfast. This hotel is much nicer than the Downtown Hilton, plus free parking. Highly recommended!!

Room booked at last minute due to flight cancellation. Nice, large lobby, with pool, looked recently renovated. Rooms were a nice size. Supposedly non-smoking but room had distinct cigarette smell. Disappointed that wireless internet not free - really should be standard for hotel of this class. Hotel restaurant just so-so.

I was here as a guest of a conference which I attended - there were a few glimmers of good service from the shuttle driver whom came promptly when called (runs in a 5 mile radius from the hotel to malls and other local eateries)...
Rooms are updated, towels are hit or miss, beds are decent, pillows seemed beaten up (all 4 of them on my bed were lumpy)
The breakfast buffet at $15 is overpriced, pancakes couldn't be cut with a KNIFE and fork they were so hard and inedible...
Front desk staff did their best to accommodate me in an executive room but never got back to me if one opened up.
Ho hum.
I doubt I would stay here again - to pay $10 for internet access is silly when the Hampton across the street has free wireless and breakfast...and was cheaper than the Hilton!

Stayed at this hotel for one night. The outside and lobby make this seem like a 4 star hotel, but the rooms and service bring it down.
Front Desk Service: 3 stars (Friendly, but I checked in online and it took them 5 minutes to figure that out)
Decor: Very clean, nice lobby, pool and workout area
Restaurant: Hope this isn't normal. There were 5 people in the restaurant on a Sunday night and the waittress acted like I was disturbing her. Food was good
Room: Have closets bigger than the bathroom. Room was adequate, but below my expectations for Hilton.
Extras: Have a car, there is nothing within walking distance
