Stayed here for a wedding.
Pros: Restaurant breakfast (esp pancakes) were AWESOME (yet pricey). VERY friendly staff, new room, INCREDIBLY comfortable bed. -even got bottled water and cookies delivered to our room the second night!
Cons: had to call twice to get rollaway we had reserved, too cold to use pool (only in 60s!); no sugar in coffee area the first night and did not replace coffee for our second night
Major con: when we checked in, still lipstick on coffee mugs in the room! Yuck

Great hotel at a great rate thru Hotwire! Less than the price of a budget hotel with all the luxury and amenities of a 3.5 star hotel. Pool area was nice, fitness room was great, room was really nice, all seemed almost brand new.

We stayed here and when we arrived the staff was very nice. We went up to our room which was okay, but had a very strong mildew smell. The bed was VERY comfortable, but the bathroom was very small. The TV was also almost comical it was so small in such a large armoire. The restaurant was pretty pricey but it was surprisingly really very good for dinner. Then the next morning we went down and our vehicle had been broken into along with 5 others. They managed to take our registration and found our extra house keys. One of the people who had there car broken into from the same area had the same thing taken and a phone call was made to there house around 1:45am to presumably check to see if anyone was home. We were told we needed to call our home town police, as we are from the Phoenix area two hours away, and have someone go change our locks if possible on our house. The hotel ended up giving us one night free out of three after we complained to the desk man. The hotel overall is supposed to be making upgrades, which are needed, and so if you were take away our vehicle experience I would say it was slightly overpriced for the quality of rooms.

We were here from 3/20-22 and I'd ahve to say, this is the best of the Hilton family I have stayed at. Let me preface that I am a hhonors Diamond member, and have a bit of experience with Hilton properties. We were greeted by super friendly staff, who gave us a top floor room with a view...we received a bottle of wine for being a diamond member, our kids (at 4 and 6) are a bit zealous...and the staff was friendly and patient.
The room, pool, staff and the bar were all outstanding.
The breakfast was well made with many choices.
If I had one recommendation, there was only one computer in the business center...so additional would definately be helpful.
This is a very classy place we will return to in the future.

Could have been better for a Hilton

Not a bad deal if you can get a good price. The room was rather small with a very little bathroom. Not much closet space. Bed was wonderful - up to Hiton standards. The TV didn't work, but maintenance fixed upon request. Biggest complains was air conditioning. It was either on or off with no ability to adjust. The thermostat didn't function so needed to just be turned off and on as the room warmed and cooled. A real pain. A nice touch was cookie and bottled water delivered in the evening.
The buffet breakfast is way over priced, unless you are a Gold member and get a freebie. The bar and pool area is very nice. The lobby is large with several gathering areas. They put out an urn of coffee in the AM. While the staff was nice, the hotel still has a rather cold and sterile feel. This is probably due to recent renovations that may not be complete.
Good location on east side of town with restaurants, market, drug store very convenient. Easy drive to the east to Broadway trailhead at Saguaro National Park with visitor center and loop road just to the south.
