Booked one night thru priceline another night using hilton honors. great location - close to airport, close to freeway, close to a wal -mart/shopping. dining- the bar was a bit comical-Ordered room service instead. great food. quick service. hotel was clean, fitness center was small but adequate - used it both days. parking was free but the lot can seen far when its full and you have an armful of luggage. this hotel is close to the airport - you will hear planes fly overhead but not too bad. i would stay here again.

I stayed here one night earlier this month to catch an early flight the next morning. The parking layout is just a little confusing, since it shares a lot with another office building, and the front entrance isn't readily visible from the driveway entry. Once I found the front door, check in was very courteous and fast. The rooms were clean, and certainly spacious. Although I didn't use teh pool area, it did seem to have a good-sized pool and deck and decent pool-side amenities. The hotel is located close to the airport, with convenient access. I did not find the noise from the airport to be excessive at all, and slept very well. The one thing that I will ding them on is the hallways and elevators. They were clean and functional, but the mirrored walls in both made me think I was in the early 80s.

I wasnt expecting much considering it is right next to the airport, but I must say I was pleasantly surprised! The lobby was beautiful and the check in was quick and pleasant. The room was very clean and comfortable. They have a nice restaurant on the premises with yummy food. They also have a little store where you can buy books, magazines, sandwiches, salads, aspirin and things of that sort. Check out the bar/lounge that is called Club 10. It is a beautiful bar with attractive and experienced bartenders. Say hello to Anna for me, she makes a mean drink! Also the tiki bar by the pool is a great place to relax. You can also order food out by the pool area. The best thing about this hotel is the service. Everyone in the hotel is so incredibly friendly and helpful. They cant do enough to make your stay more pleasant. Exceptional hotel...Exceptional service. I will be staying here again!

We booked our stay several weeks ahead of our stay and indicated that we would arrive at approximately midnight. Following a horrendous flight into Houston and a 6 hour extended layover, we finally got to West Palm Beach after 3 a.m. We had called the hotel once we had an approximate departure time from the airline and the hotel said they'd be waiting for us. When we arrived at the airport, we called for the shuttle and they were there in no time. They asked if we needed to go anywhere else before going to the hotel, then delivered us to the lobby when we said we just needed to sleep. When we entered the lobby doors, the desk person greeted us by name and said that all she needed was our credit card and a signature and we were done. In all of five minutes, we were in our room and collapsing. Check out a few hours later was equally as smooth and we'll gladly stay there again. I can't recommend them enough!

Incredibly noisy. We even heard the coffee maker in the room next to us!!! Not to mention the planes, housekeeping and every single person within 50 feet of our room. But.... the staff was great, the room was clean - in fact everything else was fine. But if you want to sleep - stay away.
