We stayed here one night (July 3) due to an early AM flight out the next morning.
This is a fine hotel. The lobby was pretty busy with check-ins, but it went as quickly as can be expected. The room was surprisingly quiet considering airplanes landing on both sides of the tower.
The room was furnished with typical Hilton furnishings (seems that most urban Hilton hotels have the same curtains, carpet, and use the same marble in the bathroom).
The only negative comment I have is that the tile in the bath did have mildew stains in various parts.
We did have dinner at one of the restaurants. The presentation was nice and the food quality was pretty good (not the best...but certainly not bad either). The bill was a little steep, considering there was no alcohol ($130).
We would consider a return to this hotel if we needed to be in this area again.

Beware when staying at this Hilton branded hotel. The hotel service and employees are very friendly and cordial but I wouldnt consider this hotel a 4 star hotel . It closer to 3. My family and I stayed there at the end of June for 2 nights and were dissapointed in the decor of the rooms. The rooms are dated from the 1980's. It was obvious that the room had not been updated since then. The floor tiles in the bathroom were cracked the furniture was that fake oak particle board and warped from water damge, the carpet in our room had stains througout. I was also a Hitlon Honors Silver member and asked for an upgraded room only to be offered one for an additional charge. Not sure it would have been better.........
Bottom line 2-3 star hotel with a Hilton logo on top.

We needed a decent hotel at LAX that had a park , stay, and fly deal where we could leave our car for 20 days. This was the only hotel that offerred a reasonable deal at this time. All the other airport hotels would only cover a week or so. We were upgraded to a very nice suite which included the concierge amenities. Free sodas, coffee, pizza, eggrolls, veggies, etc. and a continental breakfast. The shuttle was convenient and the hotel staff was pleasant. Unfortunately some of the workers went on strike right after we were already checked in. I hope they settle things soon. Many food choices, restaurants, etc. Nice lobby.

We booked by the hilton site on the web, from a 15 minutes and $5 rented computer in Las Vegas. Once you put your credit card number, the confirmation is easy and quick; Two days later, we arrived at 11:30 P.M., the staff was handsome and the room was ready and clean, with a bathroom plenty of little bootles of shampoo, conditioner, mouthwash, soap, and that stuff. After a quiet night, our 8 year old daughter wanted to go to the pool all the morning, so the checkout time was coming. We went to the front desk asking if it's possible to keep for an hour or two our luggage in the service room meanwhile my young lady enjoyed the wet area, but in a really charm gesture of courtesy, the lady wrote down on the computer that we could leave the room at 3:00 P.M with no extra charge and not needing to take the suitcases off there. For us, that nice behavior paid for the whole stay, despite of the $17 parking fee.
