Great Option For Short Stay
Guest name: Prissy2t4, Maryland
I have stayed in this hotel several times on business over the past year. While I am not overly impressed (it isn't at the top of the list of Hilton's I have visited), it is decent for a short business stay. It is very convenient - close to the airport, providing prompt shuttle service. The rooms are always clean and well kept. The dining choices for vegetarians are very limited and frankly not that great. The major shining spot for me was the fitness center. Unlike some hotels, the equipment is in great working order and sufficient number of options (e.g., treadmill, elliptical, bikes, weight machines).
Nothing special

My boyfriend and I had a gift certificate so we decides to use it. First of all, we needed to pay for parking, 9$ per day. Alot of the hotel in that area don't ask to pay for the parking. The hotel is old and need to be updated. The pool is not very clean. If you want to order a bottle of alcool it's 4 times the price of the liquor store. Example they sale Grey Goose for 120$. There is a liquor store in a 3 minutes drive form the hotel. The room was ok, despite that we had a guest room attact to us and we can hear the T.V and a conversation on the phone of the guest next door. The shower was not very attractive, alot of mold inside. The maid did a good job. The bed was clean and that bathroom too. There is a nice view of the runway. I did like that. They have 4 elevators, so you don't have to wait to long to get into one. You need to pay for the internet access, 5,95$ per hours. This room worth 210$. I am glad that I did'nt have to pay for it!

I have stayed at this hotel twice as part of a road trip since it is pet friendly.
I would stay here again since it is one of the nicer hotels on the south part of Atlanta.
The beds were the upgraded Hilton beds, very comfy. The rest of the room was fine, but there is not great attention to detail here-- the upholstery on the chairs was dirty, the drawer on the dresser had been wedged shut with bit of paper, but kept opening into the room.
Also, the bathrooms are sorely outdated. They were adequate, but older fixtures, and not much counter space.
I stayed on the Executive floor, but the lounge was not on the same floor, and the floor was not locked access.
Self Parking was $9.00, seemed a bit high.
But, this is the best pet friendly option in south Atlanta, so I would stay here again, until something better comes along.

Got a good price on it from Hotwire (after taxes and fees, we paid about $80.00). The hotel itself was nice, the rooms were clean and the beds were soft. The airport shuttle ran continuously throughout the day, so we had no problem making our flight.
Even though we got a bargain with the rooms, there are a few other pricey details. It costs $7 or $8 a day to park a car. We didn't have a car; however a car would definately help. The closest restaurant was about a half mile away, and we didn't want to walk that far after a long day. The restaurants were pricey ($10 for a sandwich, and over $12 for a continental breakfast). We ended up ordering Chinese carry-out...which was OK, however it still cost us $25, and took over an hour to get to our room.
My verdict: It's probably good for someone with a car and an expense account. But if you're a budget traveller who booked through Hotwire, you'll probably be nickeled and dimed to death with food costs.

This is your standard, business airport hotel. I'm not sure why some have complained about it. Most hotels have paper thin walls, and I can usually hear showers running at all hours of the day and night. Such is life when not staying at home.
Check in was great. Received gold keys I presume as a HHonors gold member. No upgrade to exec floor but given a corner room on the 10th floor overlooking the airport w/ lounge access. I'll take it. Great room (although a hike from the elevators), lots of room, work desk overlooking the airport. I was able to work away late at night in the middle of a tornado in downtown atlanta getting everything done I've needed to do for a week.
Exec lounge happy hour was above average. Full spread of food and drinks. Beer, wine, liquor on the honor bar system. I didn't drink because I had to work, but I ate a lot of food for free. Service was on top of things and room was clean.
Exec lounge breakfast was very good. Standard Hilton continental breakfast with cereal, fruit, pastries, coffee cake, hard-boiled eggs ... clean, good service.
Bed was very comfortable. TV could stand to be bigger, although it may be on the exec floor. As I mentioned, corner room so lots of space. Adequate closet. Fridge in the room, no mini bar. Standard bathroom.
Fitness center on property, indoor pool area/outdoor pool. Plenty of dining/drinking options. Parking is $9.00 a day, which is a joke, along with the typical Hilton "you gotta pay for it" wifi. Both of these are simply added profit to a hotel chain that's doing just fine in my opinion.
I would stay here again when in Atlanta. I have no complaints at all. Sure it was crowded, and yes people get drunk and yell in the hallway, but I've experienced that at a Four Seasons and/or a Ritz. Such is life.
Recommended.
