Staff at this hotel was friendly. I did not encounter the problem the previous poster mentioned about non-English speaking employees. The room was mostly clean, not perfect. The room its self is very nice and typical of a Homewood Suites hotel. Breakfast and dinner were great. Internet connection in the room did not work. Toilet stopped working on the last day of my stay. The location is awful for anything except airport access. It is basically on a big highway. The room was very noisy, you can hear other guests above you (unless you chose to stay on the smoking -3rd- floor.

I have stayed in many Homewood Suites properties. They are usually my first choice when looking to book a room, but this particular one was definately up to par. Our party booked two rooms. Both doors scraped th floor when opened and had to be forcefully pulled shut to latch the door. The staff did not speak English, the salt and pepper shakers in both rooms contained packets of pepper and no salt was available. The shower curtains were mildewed as well. I still will stay at homewood Suites, but the management at this one obviously has some work to do, or the management themselves should be replaced.

Nice Place nice people close to airport. very pretty. I spoke with the landscaper and he and the rest of the staff were very nice and informitive. The people at this hotel sure make one very comfortable.
