We just stayed there for an extended stay. Hotel staff was great all but one very grumpy front desk guy. He just did not like his job or he was just not good with people wanting directions or help in anyway. He usually worked Tuesday-Saturday in the early morning until about 2pm. All the people that work in the food area are very nice. The housekeepers were outstanding. Even did my dishes for me everyday. I did however leave a tip for them. Pool is very little and so is the spa. The laundry room was being redone while I was there but while it was running it was a dollar a load to wash and to dry. Safeway was very reasonably priced and you could get detergent in the hotel "snack shop" or a Safeway. Safeway is very close. Everything you need. Also there was a UPS store and blockbusters. High Speed internet looks like DHL in every room. The newly remodeled rooms were nice but they were way behind on the remodel only half were done while we were there. The reception in the evening was a dinner. It worked great for us. We ate breakfast before we left and were back for dinner. The business center was ok. They had a printer but only one computer was hooked up to the printer. I felt very safe there we had to use our room key to even enter the building. We had an excellent stay.

We had reservations at this hotel for two nights. I talked to the front desk about two weeks before to book this room. We arrived after a VERY long day of traveling on a Friday evening to find the front desk girl sitting in a chair outside on the front patio. We heard loud banging and saw a tarp up over the while front lobby. They are in the middle of remodeling and didn't even let us know this.
She said that she could go in and get our keys for the room and register us!! We didn't go any further. Left and went to the Marriott - see review!
I am sure that this hotel will be nice once the remodeling is complete. The location is very strange. If you are looking for the feel of Boulder and mountains, don't stay here. It is in the back of an old strip shopping center and along a busy highway.
I feel that they should warn future guests of the inconvenience.

My favorite place to stay in Boulder when there on business. I think I have been there 5 times now. Staff is very helpful and friendly. They go out of the way to make sure everything is alright. They have large quiet rooms with a fully equiped kitchen in each room.
