Stay here!!!!! We stayed here for 3 nights and it was awesome!!! The night we got in we were greeted by hotel staff that was very friendly and funny. Our room was CLEAN!!!! It was comfortable, and with 3 beds in 2 rooms, a pull out sofa bed and 2 full bathrooms there was lots of room for all 5 of us!!! I will stay here again, and I will check into other Homewoods when we are in other locations as well. Breakfast was not great, but who cares. It was a clean comfortable room for 5 people. I am a hotel snob, and and a germaphobe and I was very comfortable here.

What a nice place! I only stayed one night and stayed in the 2 bedroom suite-Wow was it comfortable! It is like you are staying in a small apartment-I will be back! Another plus is it is very close to the airport, about a 2 minute drive. Great AM breakfast buffet and business center with a free printer for your boarding passes.

I was tempted to rate the property terrible but feel the actions of a couple of people should not disuade the enitre group. To be honest, my time at the hotel was pleasant enough, arriving at nearly midnight and leaving around 10:00AM the following day.
The room was clean, quiet (although I could relate to the review about staying on the top floor) and quite convenient. Fortunately, I did not require too much AC as I can also see the point about drying ones' hair with its' effect on the climate. Fortunately, I have limited hair to dry.
The breakfast was atypical of Homewood / Hampton set and the breakfast staff was efficient and friendly.
My trouble came when I left my laptop charger behind. Upon calling the hotel that night, I was told to call back in the morning. upon calling in the morning, I was told they have it. Upon telling them to hold it at the front desk, I departed for the day of tourist activities planning to stop there at some point. Needless to say, they did not have the charger at 7PM at the Front Desk and despite the two calls to the hotel to confirm they had it and were holding it at the Front Desk - they had it locked up in Housekeeping and had no access to the Office at 7PM.
I was not happy, but the Manager said they would be happy to mail it same day on Monday (it was Saturday). I gave them the address and reluctantly went back 60 miles north without the charger.
Through too many phone calls which included calling the home office and too many short, curt and sarcastic remarks, I finally got my charger the morning of my departure WEDNESDAY.
I am the first to admit, it was my fault for leaving it behind BUT their subsequent actions and communication breakdowns were too much. Their care / concern for me as a guest, past or future, was dispicable. One person actually told me they had other guests and could not speak with me. They kept calling me for the address Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday (why Tuesday I have no idea).
I will not return to this property and highly recommend that you do not dare leave anything behind ... imagine a Manager unable to open the Housekeeping Office because they do not have they key. I have never heard of such a thing.

I am a member of the Hilton frequent guest program so I requested an early check-in of 1:30 PM. I did arrive at 1:30 but they said my room wouldn't be ready until the regular check-in of 3:00 PM.
When I got to my room after 3:00 PM, there was a standard sign on the thermostat (in all the rooms) that said it couldn't cool the room below 68 degrees because the A/C would freeze up. Since I had a studio, there was only 1 thermostat and A/C - and that was in the living room portion. The bathroom around the corner would get warm with my hair dryer, etc. but I couldn't make that area of the studio any cooler. It was 93 degrees outside and I wasn't used to the heat, and wanted to cool off in the room. It was inconvenient to not be able to make it cooler in the room, especially in the bathroom vanity area and bed area.
The room itself was fine with adequate lighting and water pressure.
One day when I got back to the room at 3:00 PM, I found that they forgot to clean my room and I had to call down to notify them. They did send someone up right away.
Another caution is about staying on the top floor. The sound of the airplanes is more pronounced on this floor and, after being awakened at 6:00 AM the first morning, I learned to keep the fan on all night to drown out the sound of the airplane noise.
I took the free shuttle to the airport and the service was prompt and friendly.

I was travelling to Albuquerque on business and read all of the reviews before deciding where to stay. I was not disappointed!
The hotel is literally at the bottom of the hill from the airport and very convenient for anywhere you would need to go. Front desk was very nice at check-in. There were chocolate chip cookies on a platter at the desk as well. I did not get a king bed as requested but it ended up ok. The room is quite nice for the price and location. There is hard wood as you walk in with a small kitchen efficiency, refrigerator, stove, sink, dishes, pots and microwave. There is a kitchen table with ethernet connection (there is also free wi-fi throughout). There is a coffee table, couch, chair and television in this room as well. There is a door seperating this room from the bedroom which is nice if someone wants to sleep or awakens before the other. The linens are find and there are both feather and fiber-filled pillows. Bathroom is nicely finished and there are neutragena products. My only complaint about the room is that there is not a safe. (Many people seem to stay here for weeks on end so I am surprised by this). I felt that the road noise from the entrance to the highway was louder than the jets but by turning on the fan for the airconditioner and having white noise, all of this was eliminated. USA today is delivered each day to your door. There is a free breakfast that is "ok". There are coffees, teas, two hot items, cereals, fruits and juices. During the day, there was always fruit punch, apples, oranges and water available at the tables that are nicely done with a television past the main lobby. For dinner, there are some simple things like fried chicken, egg rolls, salads, etc. All once again - just "ok". There is even a little shop for microwaveable items and various things that you may have forgotten to pack. Overall, nice - convenient hotel. I would certainly stay again.
