My wife and I spent 2 nights relaxing in this wonderful hotel located just south of the downtown area. Typically this type of hotel has additional charges for parking, internet access, bottled water, etc. But not the Ambassador. We paid the regular room rate and found that all of the items were included.
We stayed in one of the honeymoon suites and found the rooms to be very accomodating. The dressing area and restroom certainly lived up to the description. Although the noised caused by flushing the toilet was certainly not expected. Apparently the water pressure is rather high on the top floor. The ability to work for a few minutes in the morning in the living area was greatly appreciated.
The staff was very accomodating, including making reservations at the restaurant and generally staying in the shadows until needed. Housekeeping can be scheduled, instead of the usual rush to leave the room.
When we checked out, the front desk attendent actually gave us bottled water for the road.
Overall, a very pleasant and relaxing experience.

This is the best place to stay in Tulsa. It's historic building is wonderfully preserved. The Chalkboard Restaurant is excellent. The staff is always friendly & professional. It's service that you can count on. The rooms are roomy, clean, have modern services & have some character.
The Ambassador is not just another cookie-cutter hotel. It's a first class operation.
