We booked for the weekend for the Tulip Festival. Every other place was either booked or the rates were raised unreasonably. We reserved a Jacuzzi room and intended this to be nice comfortable weekend. This hotel is a mess. Worn and dirty carpets, the place smells, walls are dented and scratched, furniture is old, worn & stained . .and this was all in the lobby. When we went up to the second floor, the hallways smelled like a combination of cigarette smoke and old cooking grease. The room was worn, carpet dirty, lamp shares were broken and crooked, the hot tub was all craked and had been patched with mismatched spackle, in the corner of the hot tub and wall was a spider web with dead flies. This is a very low class hotel, and I would not recommend it to anyone other than the migrant workings this place seemed to attract.

Bad Things:
* The Exterior was not very pleasing, a few screens knocked out, resting against the building, sloppy landscape with weeds and crabgrass. Landscape family bickering with each other as I entered.
The Lobby was just as dumpy, seemed very low class.
The clerk had on a faded black tee shirt with a hole in it. He was nice and professional, just didn't look the part.
Good things:
The Room smelled good, and was clean, the furniture seemed a little outdated and the carpet was worn. But over all it was ok..
the beds was comfortable. The room had a fridge and a microwave, the room was pretty small but ok for me since i was alone.
Summary: Overpriced for what you get, stay somewhere else in Holland, you'll get alot more for the same price.

Would agree with other reviews. We rented a jacuzzi suite. When we entered the room, it smelled like someone had been cooking fried chicken; the smell did not go away during our stay. The jacuzzi took 45 minutes to fill with water and was not worth the wait. The TV remote did not work. Fortunately, we only stayed one night!!

Absolutely The Worst Experience I Have Ever Had!!

I reserved what i believed to be a very nice suite for the money. when we checked into our room, I walked in to find a small bed and a filthy floor. I was traveling with 6 children. We were supposed to have a microwave, mini fridge, 2 queen size beds, and a sofa bed. I was furious since I had this room booked online for more than 2 months. When i went down to complain the man at the front desk acted like they didn't even have those sort of rooms available!! I was able to get a double room that was just as dirty for the same price though. What a joke. I will never force my children to stay in a dump like that again.
