They boast "near the airport" but charge 15 euros for a pick-up.
When you arrive, check the contents of the basket of chocolate bars and the mini-bar. I had 2 choc bars missing and one drink. When I asked a staff member to confirm this, he knew it was the "energiser" drink before he got to my room.
The bed was like sleeping on floorboards with a thin carpet.
When I booked they insisted on taking my credit card details. When I left, I paid in cash. 10 days later I find they have taken the payment by credit card also.
I didn't try the restaurant.

Overall the hotel is decent. However the staff acts absolutely unprofessional. Only if you like to be completely dismissed and wait for a long time should you try the restaurant. The wait staff is focused on serving only large groups. Individual clients are not important for them, which is why you won’t get a lot of attention. In the lobby bar, half of the clientele is the cleaning people from the hotel, who are smoking cigarettes and drinking coffee. Also, DON’T USE ANY LAUNDRY SERVICE OR GOODS FROM THE FRIDGE -- the prices they charged are outrageous. I spent 45 min when I was checking out complaining about my charges, until they were dropped in half (and they were still very expensive for what you are getting). In addition, the wireless doesn’t work well -- you have to go to the lobby where everybody smokes if you want consistent access.

We had never been to Bulgaria before so choosing a hotel was a bit hit and miss.
After searching the internet we decided on The Accord Hotel, Vladmir Vassov Boulevard, Sofia.
The Staff couldn't have been more polite and helpful, although some of the restaurant staff couldn't speak English we had great fun with them using our broken Bulgarian.
The standard of the food was very good.
The rooms were very clean and comfortable.
All in all, a good find and we wouldn't hesitate to return.
