I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights as I was out in the city photographing a wedding with a Californian photographer.
The hotel was recommended by the bride and groom to her guests.
It is only a 10 minute walk from the Metro though with luggage it can be quite a hard 10 minute walk!
The reception area is very neat and tidy though again you have to go up a step and down a step through reception with your luggage, while there is actually a gate right through to the rooms but it's locked!
Getting to the room is interesting, a very narrow, steep and noisy spiral staircase, with no lift in my block though in other blocks I noticed lifts.
Room was compact and bijou, as expected in France. Clean and comfortable though the metal staircase and the thin walls werent great!!
Breakfast is included but is very basic; croissants, coffee. I wanted an omelette but you had to pay extra.
Nice area, I enjoyed a walk about the shops the night before the wedding and had a lovely crepe!
Overall not bad!

This is a great hotel, really well priced and in a lovely location. It's very central (5 mins walk to the Trocadero) and is set back from the Rue de Passy which is a great area with lots of shops and restaurants. It is very easy to get to from the Metro which is a bonus! Our room was clean and the bathroom modern with an abundance of hot water; all rooms overlooked a garden area which was peaceful. Continental breakfast is included and was good.

The hotel was located in an upscale residential area and was only about a 5-10 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. The hotel room was the small, but it was clean. The shower was also really small, kind of like a cruise ship shower, so don’t drop the soap. The woman at the front desk the first night was very helpful and friendly. The others were ok, helpful if need but not very friendly. Breakfast included a basket of breads, coffee, tea, and juice. The only problem with the hotel was that the walls were very thin. The last night we were there the room next to us had a screaming toddler that woke us up about every 2 hours. Do not think we would stay there again, but it was not bad and the price was right and the location was perfect (close to metro and monuments).

Just returned from a 4 night stay. Sadly, we didn't fall in love with this hotel. Our room, 411, was microscopically small - past reviews really don't let on regarding just how small the rooms actually are... was barely enough room for 2 adults, let alone any luggage and we travel very light. It was uncomfortably small. (And, yes, we've travelled Europe and even France quite extensively in the past, doing our best to avoid "chain" hotels if we can help it - so I don't feel I'm being dramatic here.) In addition, the room was quite worn - stained carpet, etc.
The bath was OK, dunno about "recently renovated", but I had no problems with it. Housekeeping service was fine. Staff was indifferent at best.
The location can be seen as either a pro or con. We happened to love it, but there are certainly other hotels within that price range which are better located and have larger rooms. Was close to 2 metro stops, excellent shops nearby, grocery across the street and a fantastic boulangerie next to the hotel. We actually skipped the free breakfast a couple of times and just got pastries there instead.
If you are a light sleeper, I didn't find the hotel to be quite as quiet as other reviewers noted. While there was complete absence of street noise, I did notice noise from other rooms - so bring earplugs.
Overall this hotel is best suited to families on tight budgets or backpacker types. It would be considered a 1star by US standards, and for the money you really do get what you pay for, or maybe even less. This was a real letdown overall and I would only book this as a 1 night crash pad on a last resort basis.
