This hotel in located just next to the freeways where there are lots of noises even with the sound proof windows, you still can hear the noises from the busy freeways. The room where we stayed, supposedly an executive room, is extremely small, you just can walk around the bed. Internet access is at 5 Euro for every hour!!
The room and bathroom are neat and clean, but as I've mentioned earlier, they are very small. Breakfast is good, with lots of choices. Avoid their restaurant because it is very pricey, and the service is poor, for example, they serve bread as appetizer but don't bother to give you plates or butter. You have to pay cash, they don't charge to your room.
Take this hotel if you have no other better choices!

stayed august 2007 for 3 nites weekend for the opera festival
staff was wonderful great breakfast buffet, super room
we were driving northern italy for 10 days and stayed here
3 nites did day trips from here
and nites at the opera festival
took the hotel shuttle 6 euro to the downtown old city near the
arena and took taxis back to the hotel after the opera
apx 17 euro for carload incl tip
the old city is mostly pedestrian zone and parking is
pricey in lots
the hotels in old city are very pricey and extra for parking
apx 15 to 25 euros per day
so this hotel is fine for a driving tour
we paid aprox half the cost of staying in old town
with deluxe large rooms, and only apx 10-15 minutes transfer
times each way
cant see what the fuss is all about

This is a great hotel - sure it doesn't have a central location - but very cheap for the quality of the rooms and the level of service of the staff.
Highly recommended

We were worried having read the reviews but have had an excellent 3 night stay at a bargain price. We found the hotel easily-you just exit the toll and head for S.Martino. The staff were charming and very welcoming and the room was very clean and comfortable. We used it as a base for visiting Verona, Mantua and the surrounding areas so its location was ideal for us. The pizzeria on the same shopping complex was very good and full of locals-this meant on our last night we could eat locally and not have to drive into town. We would certainly stay there again.
