Pretty good, but here's a suggestion for improvement

We were conducting a week long training course near the Barajas airport recently and so selected this hotel (for ourselves and the course participants) from its competitors. Our selection was partly based on reviews here on TA. By and large we were happy with our choice. Most of the positive aspects discussed in previous reviews were accurate.
However the one thing that bugged me was that it was impossible to iron (press) a shirt without sending it to the hotel laundry, which cost in the region of EUR 5 per shirt. This is probably not an issue at all for many customers of the hotel who may be passing through on a one or two night stay / during a holiday. However, staying at the hotel for a week and wanting to look professional for work each day it becomes an issue.
I stay at many hotels all around the world and this is the first time in quite some years when I have not been able to iron shirts myself. Most often the room comes equipped with an iron and ironing board, or at least room service can provide one, usually for the duration of the stay. Worst case scenario is that you are provided with access to an ironing room or facility elsewhere in the hotel. However, with the Clement Hotel this was not possible and the only solution was to have the shirt pressed by housekeeping. I regard this as poor business practice, especially for a hotel that is clearly pitching itself at the local convention market. We are scheduling to conduct another course near Barajas soon and will be reviewing our choice of hotel.
If you don't need or care about ironing, the Clement is a very good airport hotel, and the town of Barajas, while not overly attractive, has some good options for eating and drinking within easy walk of the hotel. I would particularly recommend restaurant Al Traste, a fun and inexpensive eating house with friendly staff about 100 meters to the left after exiting the hotel.
Just a note about internet access ~ I didn't have a problem using the complimentary wifi in my room, but a couple of colleagues could not connect and so used the terminal provided down in the foyer.

What a super airport hotel! I needed a place to rest for a couple of days after a long airplane journey and this was perfect.
The airport shuttle was ready when I was, going and coming. The staff were very helpful, with some French and excellent English. I had breakfast in the hotel two mornings and the buffet included a wide selection of food which was fresh and delicious. Wifi was available throughout the hotel and there were also computers for the use of guests in the business alcove off the main lobby.
This is clearly a place which has given a lot of thought to the needs of international business travelers. If you arrived and your luggage didn't, there were plenty of amenities in the room to cover all toiletry needs. Another nice touch was the free mini-bar, restocked daily, which included bottled water, juice, and Coca Cola. The television included channels in Spanish, English, and German. All that was missing was the French!
Very friendly, very business-oriented, very useful if you are looking for a place near the airport!

This hotel so far exceeded our expectations of a need-a-stop airport hotel that we chose to make lives easier for ourselves and stay on the way back. Staff very friendly. Breakfast excellent with real fresh fruit, eggs, meats, breads... Room well sound-insulated enough to cope with the teenagers next door. Internet connections no problem at all as cable was provided free for fast LAN access when the wifi was struggling (built up area and a crane over the adjacent building). Airport transfer a vast improvement on many that have been done - even when we gave them the wrong terminal on the first visit, we were retrieved with a smile. Even better: the service in all departments is genuinely included. No US-style hands-out-at-all-points. This is Spain showing that it knows its market and can deliver with that extra touch of humanity that just makes the world go round.

We stayed at the Clement Barajas the day of arrival from the US. Our main goal was to sleep off the jet lag, and it was perfect for that. Because we had a rental car, we didn't want anything too taxing in terms of the directions. We found the hotel simply. Parking was not a problem. There is a secure underground garage. It is a bit tight, but, not any different than any garage you will find in Europe. The lobby and the room were clean, pleasant, and tasteful. We had a balcony which let us look over the roofs of the houses in town which made us feel that we had actually made it to Europe despite our exhaustion! The breakfast buffet was very good. Staff was solicitous. We had an excellent stay.

Had an early flight and wanted a hotel close to the airport. I got to the Madrid train station from Granada late that night. Took the metro out to the airport and called the hotel for the shuttle. The shuttle was there in less than 15 minutes. Staff were friendly and helpful. Booked a spot on the shuttle (4:30 am) for my flight the next day. Only slept here a few hours but the hotel room seemed very nice and clean.
