I was really impressed by the Hotel Libretto, given that there are a few lukewarm reviews of it here.
I would actually have to say that in terms of value for money for quality, it was definitely the best of the three hotels I stayed in last week in Spain.
Taking advantage of the 'Sundays in October ' rate on the hotel's own website, for only 54 Euros (Plus 7% V.A.T.) I got a double room, including free DVD rental (although I'd have to say that the selection is pretty dire - the newest DVD available is about 10 years old!) and breakfast.
My room was small, but very comfortable with an excellent bathroom and lovely slipper style bathtub. The breakfast was basic but very tasty and what really impressed me was that it could be taken in my room at no extra cost.
The only advice I would give is, that if you are a non-smoker, remember to ask for a non-smoking room. I didn't think to do that, and as a result, my only gripe would be that the room smelled a bit of stale smoke. Fortunately though, there were big windows, so I was easily able to air the room out.

If you love music, you will love it here. The hotel has a very modern, chic design. The rooms are small but quaint with all the modern amenities, including: flat screen TV, DVD/CD player and beautiful images of all the opera greats! The staff could be more professional but all in all they were very nice. Great experience. Highly recommended.
