It was clean and close to the city center.

Even though the hotel is close to the city center, the location is quite strange, somehow a dark hallway, doubtful, i don't recommend it for single traveller, and there is no wi-fi, late check in, you don't have, even, where to let your luggage at the reception.

The location of the apartment was very good. The kitchen and facilities in the kitchen were very good as well.

24W apartments claims to have some services that it didn't. First it claims WiFi, however the Wifi in my apartment was actually connecting to the restaurant located below me. This being the case, the signal was too weak to pick up the Wifi, thus no Wifi really offered. Second the washing machine didn't work, and the shower leaked.

Little room for five persons. Everybody slept in the same room. It was difficult to access the wardrobe, because the bed was totally glued to it and one of it's doors was out of it's rails. No coffee maker nor microwave. The pictures didn't match the reality.

Nothing other then the close distance to the Market Squer.

It was a last minute booking for spontanious city break. We were not expecting to wait in courtyard for ten minutes in provisional reception with one plastic chair. Nor to climb on fifth floor with no lift or help offered. These are not apartments but set of studio flats spread across the old town in shabby buildings without proper reception. I do not recommend it. After we paid for our flat and made the climb with our 3yr old and suitcase we discovered there is no extra bed despite our request. I phoned the "landlady" who first said she told housekeeper to set it up. Then when I said the bed is not ready she quickly added we need to pay more to get additional bedding. We would be happy to pay if we already didn't feel cheated. Horrific customer service- typical for quick money maker who tries to make money at the back of the Euro2012.

I've got the flat in Niebo street: firstly, the location is perfect, just 100m from Rynek, the market square; the studio flat is big and with wodden floor. Unfortunately, many little troubles made my staying not very pleasant.

Many things didn't work in this flat: they forgot towels, wifi sometimes disappeared (!), little water pressure sometimes, a dark stain on the mattress covered by bed linen (!!), bed comfy but just one side (!!!), tiny basin in the bathroom, pots not perfectly cleaned, hair-dryer with no warm air... And, not their fault, some renovation works on the building just opposite the windows...

Excellent location with a beautiful view at the market square that simply can't be beaten. Large room and high ceiling in the apartment I was using. Sound price compared to the local market which makes it a good value for money. Usable free internet.

Scary, dirty staircase which might be an attractive cultural experience for some Westerners - I was, however, not happy. The apartment is a little bit worn off and the bathroom's quality is not satisfactory.

I booked for 133 pln zloty but I had to pay 40 pln zloty extra because of late arrival. Its very ridicolous. Before I booked I also called like, I will be little bit later. They didnt take this in their system. You never must pay them with creditcard. Because they take more money. I always book apartment/ hotel but this one was serious bad. There was no hot water. In a country as Poland where it can be colt, there must be warm water. Also very bad. There was very bad signal internet too. As I may be honest please dont go here to sleep.
