Four star (wherever thay have found those) price, but one star quality. Terrible. All rooms look inwards towards patio, which is also bar and breakfast room. It also hosts private receptions in the evening with music, which means the noise level is infernal. No windows, except to the patio. Breakfast very late, 08.30 if I rembember correctly, so if you have an early bus to catch, bye, bye to "included" breakfast. A/C bad, heating full on which added to sleeping problems. Would not recommend it to anyone. Certainly not worth the 141,24 EURO!!!

The Palacio de los Salcedo, is a very beautiful hotel, we have just come back and really enjoyed our stay there. The staff were helpful and friendly, although very little English was spoken but enough to get by. Breakfast was included in the price, it was fine, the usual bread and olive oil, but I can say it was just about the best bread I have ever tasted, I'm sure it was home made, everything else was very fresh, no complaints about the food. The rooms are all set around a beautiful arched patio,there is a restaurant area on the patio, the hotel was quite when we were there, not sure if there was a lot of people eating if there would be any problem with noise.. The decor of the rooms and bathroom was lovely, very comfortable bed, everything was very clean, If you go by car there is a garage although its in the street up from the hotel, the price of parking is 10 euros a day..Baeza is a beautiful town, lots to see, also Ubeda about 9kms away is another very beautiful and interesting town.
