We stayed at the Eruostars Thaila for a weekend & it was a fantastic experience. The staff were so helpful & friendly from the time we arrived until we departed. On arrival we were given lots of information re tours etc & also a map of the city. The rooms were lovely & very comfortable. The location of the hotel is brilliant. We were able to walk everywhere. The hotel is 5 minutes walk from St Charles Bridge & all the main tourist attractions Breakfast was lovely & there was lots to choose from, both hot & cold foods. For location it is perfect as there is no needs for trams or taxis to go anywhere except back to the airport. I loved to hotel. Our flight was not until the evening & although we check out in the morning the hotel staff stored our bags until we were leaving for the airport. This meant that we were not carrying bags nor were we confined to the hotel for the day. We managed to get some extra photos!!! The hotel staff were so helpful & called the taxi in the morning for our return trip to the airport. He even thought that the taxi had forgotten about us & called again, returned to us to let us know that it was on the way & caught in traffic!! The staff here are a credit to the hotel - there was nothing that was too much trouble & I really enjoyed. Keep up the good work & I will return again

We had a 7 day stay here and we found it perfect for us as a couple. Rooms fab and a bed so big you could play a footie match on it. Staff helpful and smart and friendly. Breakfast was cracking as others state here. Location was ideal only 10 mins max from all major tourist sites. Most things like a mini market for water etc and top your mini bar within 1 min of hotel. Be careful at cafes in top spots like nr the clock they hit you a fiver for a coffee. That said we had some great meals out with drinks for a fraction of uk prices. Public transport ok when sussed out so cheaper to do your own excursion or tour, went by train to Karlstiejn Castle for ?2 return for example but no platforms are numbered so do ask which one going outward - inward no issue as only one track going back in opposite direction - Prague we love youuu so beautiful - perfect for couples of all ages and youngsters on the razzz - if your one of those dont let the side down like a few young brits i saw, have fun

Location, like lots of other people said, is perfect. Easy to reach by public transport from the airport - which is important for me as the taxis cost a lot of money. Can walk to every place from the hotel. Room was really nice. Nice bed and super bathroom. Breakfast was yummy. I would rate the hotel 3 star but still highly recommend you to stay there. Some tips: 1. Use public transport to reach the hotel. Bus 100 from airport to last stop. Take the metro to stop "narodni trida" direction "Zlicin". Costs 26-30 crowns/person! 2. minibar is expensive, there is a 24X7 shop like 50 meters from the hotel (same side of the street, on the right side while facing the hotel). The city is beautiful.. enjoy!

Our first night in Prague wasn't so good since our first hotel wasn't so good. We then walked around and found this hotel on the way with good location. We then stayed here 2 nights and it save our trip. It's a lot better especially at the SAME price compare to another hotel we stayed in. Location about 5-10 mins walk to Charles bridge and Old town.
