If you cancel less than 2 days before your arrival date, you will be charged by the hotel as for the first night.
If you do not cancel and do not arrive you will be charged by the hotel as for the first night (no-show case).
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up to 2 days before your arrival date, by accessing My Booking page.

It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE/ADVANCED".

During normal periods: 2 days before the arrival date. During exhibition periods cancellations without penalty are possible if notified 7 days before the arrival date. In case of late cancellation or no show, the hotel will charge the amount of the first night as penalty.
In case of earlier departure, the hotel will charge:
staying and n° nights charged
1 to 5 nights =1
6 to 12 nights = 2
More than 12 nights = 3.
For the furniture fair a 6 nights minimum stay is required, except for different agreements with the hotel and in case of no show, cancellation or earlier departure of reservations including the period of the Furniture Fair (from the 17th to the 23rd April 2007 included) it will be charged the total stay.

The hotel administration will check before your arrival the validity of your credit card as guarantee of the penalty for "No-Show", asking for a pre-authorization, which is not a charge. If the credit card is not valid, the booking will not be confirmed.
In case of Special Rates/Offers the cancellation policy applied is 7 days prior arrival date. In case of late cancellation or no show the hotel will charge the cost of the whole reservation.
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
