This hotel was booked on our behalf so we had no input in selecting. Reception area was nice and staff spoke english. In the bar and restaurant however they did not and it was difficult as our spanish is minimul. Restaurant was very quiet and even though I was given a menu in english it was difficult to understand as sauces ect were still unknown to us and in spanish so had to select a meat and take pot luck. Onion soup was very oily and we did not eat. At breakfast we were told the restaurant was not open, hotel was very empty. Went to coffee bar and was offered a slice of toast and a coffee 2 euros. This was not really good enough, we did not eat until 4pm that day due to a busy schedule and we did require a better breakfast than that. If we spoke spanish we may have been able to order something more. One grumble I did have was the hotel was very empty yet the few rooms taken were all allocated next door to each other. They could have spaced us out and we have still fit on one floor. We were woken by the usual hotel noise of banging doors and tv's
Will stay again as out of town and easy access but will eat out of hotel
