The hotel was excellent for a three star, clean spacious rooms no fussy staff. Service deadly slow at their cafe, but when in Spain, think Spanish. There is a superior tapas bar on the opposite side of the roundabout that the hotel sits at. This bar is a must, great for a last nibble at night, try the goats cheese and strawberry jam? Yes the hotel is not in the centre of things but its not so far, its a straight road and although its uphill into the town its downhill back to the hotel. Anyway it helps to build your appetite. Tarragona is a lovely town, very Spanish no tourist stuff here so you have to try your spanish, mine isnt so good but they like you to try and the locals are friendly and will help. Loads too see, loads too do, great bars and restaurants we will be back to explore again and will probably go back to the same hotel.

as a party of 2 families, we stayed at this hotel on 24th August 2007 for one night en route to our Villa. The rooms were spacious and cheap and the hotel was 15 minutes drive from Reus airport. We arrived around 12:30 pm in the hope that we might get a late night snack but everything in the area and hotel was closed. My friends daughter had her bag stolen (containg i-pod etc) in the lobby where a few teenagers were "hanging around". When we realised it had gone, the porter said that he did not have access to the cameras that covered the lobby and we would have to wait for the day shift. When they arrived they refused to check the footage from the CCTV, saying that it was not their policy to check CCTV covering the lobby (why bother installing cameras then?). In short, could be a good stay if you keep a tight rein on your belogings and dont trust anyone there.
