If you cancel less than 2 days before your arrival date, you will be charged by the hotel as for the first night.
If you do not cancel and do not arrive you will be charged by the hotel as for the first night (no-show case).
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up to 2 days before your arrival date, by accessing My Booking page.

It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE/ADVANCED".

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the date of arrival will be charged at the rate of the first night's stay.

EXCEPTIONS:
Bookings made for the following Congress or Event periods must be cancelled at least 7 days prior to arrival; otherwise the whole amount of the stay will be charged to your credit card.

PLEASE NOTE: Bookings made for the 3GSM Congress period (12-15 February 2007 inclusive) are non-refundable. The hotel requires prepayment at the time the booking is made and the whole amount will be charged to the credit card. Amendments or cancellations are not allowed.

The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
