The hotel is right by the Catherdral in the centre of town. This is great for sightseeing and the pinxtos scene at night. There are also quite a few rooms with a view of the catherdral but we did not have this. The room and bathroom were large and very clean. The furniture, fittings etc were also clearly of high quality which gave the room a good (but busineslike) 4 star feel. The bed was by far the most comfortable we had during our trip to spain. Also there was no noise at all from neigbouring rooms which we found to be quite unique in spanish hotels. Even though there was nothing spectacular about this hotel everything was as it should be in a quality establisment. It was a very pleasant stay and we would recomend it, especially if you can get a good deal (we paid 72EUR in September 07 via Internet).

Booked with email and had no problems. They speak English as well. When we arrived, even with written confirmation, they had 'no room'. Fortunately they had a sister apartment building they put us in at no extra charge. It was, of course, not on the plaza but a questionable street and quite uphill. It was clean and comfortable. Location was still good for this city. It was difficult getting this thing settled.
