The location for this hotel is great - really central and easy to get everywhere from there. The rooms were very clean and well presented and a minor problem with my TV was sorted out very quickly.
Stayed in a 'suite' which is really just a slightly bigger room with balcony and spa bath (which just sent black bits into the bath!) and includes breakfast - these were great, loads of choice, good selection of fresh fruit, meats, cheeses and yummy yogurts. Some reviews had said it was a bit too busy but maybe this was later on as between 8 and 9 it was really quiet.
There is a nice lounge area that no-one seems to use behind reception, don't know why they don't make more of that. the staff are generally really nice but I did encounter one who treated me like she had scraped me off her shoe! There are funny little sculptures all over the hotel, one was of a dress and was right outside my door - after three days I just about got used to it!
Oh and Il Corte Ingles is literally just round the corner which has a supermarket in the basement, useful for stocking up the minibar!

The hotel is in a great location. You can walk to all of the main attractions, the marina, shopping and there are lots of bars and restaurants close by.
The Spa area is a nice place to unwind after a busy day with a big jacuzzi, sauna and steam room together with a rather invigorating spa shower. For us this was a great feature of the hotel and we used it daily.
The rooms are "boutique" in style but not quality. This must have been the smallest bathroom we have ever been in, the door slammed into the bidet and you could sit on the loo and brush your teeth at the same time! But it was nicely deorated and more importantly spotlessley clean with big fluffy towels and nice toiletries. We were very suprised to have sheets and blankets - surely a boutique hotel should be offering duvets in this day and age? And the red breadspread was very well worn. The air conditoning didnt work too well so the room was very hot.
Great breakfast, worth the money, although very busy. There are lots of places to get a snack breakfast nearby.
We woukld stay here again based upon value for money and location. But don't expect a truly "boutique" hotel experience.

This will be our third stay and we would not choose anywhere else. My wife likes the location which is just off the main streets. we can walk anywhere in Palma and the hotel is perfectly situated.
The restaurant undersells itself and is rather confusing as it caters for breakfast, coffee, lunch, dinner, drinks and it seems that it cant sell itself as one thing or another, but if you persevere the food is excellent. i suggest they make the signage clearer to visitors and they will be inundated. e,g breakfast 7-10, come in for coffee anytime, lunch 12-4, dinner 6.00 till 10 etc. Make the menus clearer.
Service by the staff is good and efficient although not much chat.
The reception is first class. well read and helpful staff behind the counter.
They have a variety of artwork which would not be everybodys cup of tea, but art is subjective, and it makes a change.
The rooms and beds are fantastic, large enough for all tastes.
I love Palma as a place and my only problem is the exchange rate at the moment, if Gordon Brown could do something about that he will get my vote(maybe).
