I have stayed in Daniya with my couple for our weekend beach gateaway. Firstly about location - you definitely need a car, hotel is pretty far out from Alicante town centre and beach. But if you have a car - location is perfect to have quick drive to beach in San Juan or Campello. Even quicker to get there then to Alicante beach while fighting against traffic in town. Hotel has free private parking (although one note on this with limited spaces - one night during some wedding organized at hotel restaurant, guests blocked with their cars most of them). Rooms were very modern and clean with good aircondition system. Hotel serves buffet breakfast - which was quite good with variety of choice. And hotel staff was very nice and helpfull guiding us to some hot spots. If you are tired after morning at the beach you can spend afternoon with coctaile at hotel swimming pool or get spa massage (I didn't have time to check it out).

Great, modern hotel. Big, airy rooms, spotless bathrooms, excellent and very helpful staff. It would be an excellent hotel if it were located more conveniently. There's need of a car to access the town (10 minutes drive). It's near the motorway, so it's easy to come to it if you drive, but a bit noisy because of it. This fact doesn't change my mind though, of Daniya Alicante being a very good hotel to stay.

The Daniya is a newly renovated hotel. It is modern, spotless, and comfortable with free wi-fi, tiny gim, free gated parking and a very pleasant swimming pool. The hotel is perfect as a stop if you are passing through Alicante. It is by the main road into the city. This means it is easy to get to by car, and from there it is an easy drive into the city or the beaches. But there is nothing around the hotel you can do by foot. Buffet breakfast is unremarkable and there is a restaurant serving cheapish, but mediocre meals. You will need those if you don't want to drive to a restaurant in town.
