Après avoir tourné 2 heures dans Rosas, nous avons trouvé l'hôtel. La réception nous a annoncé que notre chambre avec vue sur mer n'était pas disponible le jour de notre arrivée, nous avons eu droit à une chambre standard, avec vue sur la laverie, assez exigue. Notre chambre fut prête le lendemain. Assez spacieuse cette fois, très propre. L'hôtel est trsè propre dans son ensemble, le buffet est particulièrement bon, seul bémole, l'attente pour le deuxième repas du soir, et le personnel pressé de retirer l'assiette. Sinon, le centre de Rosas est proche, à peine 10 minutes à pieds, je ne lui ai trouvé aucun charme particulier, la place à deux pas, globalement, nous sommes assez satisfaites de notre séjour, à noter que nous n'avons pas trouvé les réceptionnistes très souriants.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en famille ( 6 adultes et un enfant en bas age ) dans cet hôtel. Sa situation est privilégiée, proche du centre et face à l'agréable promenade. Le personnel est sympathique et très serviable ( surtout au restaurant ). Les repas sont servis dans une très belle salle climatisée. Les buffets sont variés et de qualité très correcte ( pour l'Espagne ). Les chambres sont confortables mais assez exigüe. Hygiène impeccable dans tout l'hôtel. La piscine est malheureusement trop petite de même que le parking. Nous n'avons pas eu à nous plaindre de problèmes d'insonorisation. Très bonnes vacances, hôtel à recommander, vaut largement ses trois étoiles.

We arrived early evening for a 5-night stay and were allocated a room on the 3rd floor. It was a well furnished but very cramped room. On opening the curtains we were faced with an inner open area and three walls! No view of any sort. It appeared to be a transit room, for people who only stay one night. We immediately returned to reception and requested a 'better' room. We were told there were no rooms available until the next day but should be able to change rooms at 12 midday. The next day we were moved to a larger room with a balcony and enjoyed the rest of our stay. The move was completed with minimal fuss and efficiently by the reception staff. The dining room was quite hectic at breakfast time but the food was good and plentiful. A nice surprise was the quality of the live entertainment. Holidaymakers from other hotels also enjoyed it! Everywhere was very clean and the hotel well situated. If we chose to go to the lovely resort of Roses again we would stay at the hotel but would make sure we had a sea view room!

A very basic, no frills, beach hotel. We booked just the one night to visit a restaurant in the area, so no experience of dinner (though it seems that you need to enjoy queuing outside the dining room waiting for the buffet to open) Breakfast was very poor quality. Swimming pool small and poorly maintained. You really do get what you pay for.

Stayed for 2 nights in May. The hotel is well placed on the beach front with about a 10min walk into the centre of town. Our room was clean, comfortable and reasonably sized with a view to the road and castle walls. Not too tidy a view but we got an excellent rate and was happy enough. The breakfast was excellent. Staff were very pleasant and helpfull. There was some good entertainment on while we were there, Maria a very good singer. There is a grassed area in front of the hotel with sunbeds with comfy cushions. Would certainly recommend this hotel, very good rates available. The other hotels in this chain also looked very good.
