Cet hôtel était génial. Il est raisonnable et comme il vient d’être rénové il était tout neuf et très propre. Le personnel était chaleureux et attentionné et ils ont fait tout ce qu’ils pouvaient pour que nous nous sentions très à l’aise. Il est extrêmement bien situé et ils ont même un garage, ce qui est pratique si vous avez l’intention d’aller à Fatima en voiture. Je ne trouve pas les mots pour exprimer tout le bien que je pense de cet hôtel. J’aimerais bien rencontrer plus souvent du personnel hôtelier qui traite ses clients aussi bien que ça.

This hotel was great. It's well priced and the refurbishment means it's new and very clean. The staff were so warm and helpful and they went out of their way to make us more comfortable. The location is excellent and they even have a garage if you're planning to drive to Fatima. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. I wish more hotel staff would treat their guests like this.

Il Cruz Alta è fantastico. Fa dei buoni prezzi e siccome è stato recentemente ristrutturato tutto è nuovo e immacolato. Il personale è veramente premuroso e cordiale e si è fa davvero in quattro per farti sentire a tuo agio. L’ubicazione è eccezionale e hanno anche un garage in caso pensiate di andare a Fatima in macchina. Vi consiglio caldamente quest’albergo. Vorrei che esistessero più alberghi con del personale che ti tratta così bene.

This summer, my wife and I took a two week trip to Europe to explore various shrines and religious sites. In Fatima, we stayed at the Cruz Alta, which we chose because of its excellent location (across fromthe basilica) and very reasonable price. It was probably the best hotel we stayed at during our trip-- as well as one of the most reasonably priced! Spotlessly clean, ultra-modern rooms (nut huge but plenty large). An extremely friendly and helpful front desk staff who were able to answer every question we posed (accurately, too), and who went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The deluxe continental breakfast was much more ample than usual, as well-- another fine selling point. By all means, when you come to Fatima, stay at the Cruz Alta.
