Hello, I stayed in this hotel last week together with my boyfriend. We stayed 3 nights in a superior room (404). The room was huge (really not normal for Paris) and had a refurbished bathroom with a seperate toilet and two windows. Everything was cleaned well. The room itself was rather oldfashioned with flowery wallpaper, a double bed, a desk and two chairs and a small table. The room also had a large window. The only thing that bothered us sometimes was the noise of the elevator, which you could hear in the room. We didn't take breakfast, so I cannot comment on that. There are lots of bakeries & coffeehouses in the neighboorhood and we always bought our breakfast there. There is also a jewish supermarket on the other end of the street, 2 minutes walk. The location of this hotel couldn't have been better. It was walking distance from everything and if you are the lazier type, you can easily take the RER or the metro to other parts of the city. I think if you book a superior room, this hotel should be fine for a citytrip to Paris!

We booked this hotel via their website and based on the information contained therein. Talk about misleading and deceptive. We walked into our room and the curtain was hanging off the curtain rod. The bed was pushed up against one wall and my husband had to climb over me to get into bed. The small wooden shelf on one side of the bed had a 5cm gouge taken out of it and the blanket was very old and threadbare. Our room faced the street and was very noisy at night but there was no airconditioning and the room was claustrophobic if you closed the window. Unfortunately we were unable to move hotels as the period when we stayed was the Rugby World Cup and accommodation was at a premium. I will never rely on hotel websites to give a full and accurate account of their facilities again. Unhappy traveller, Willoughby NSW Australia

EVITATELO!
