This hotel was booked for us by Buenos Aires travel agency WOW! Argentina. We were pleased with the price, amenities and location. The studio suite was large and comfortable. We had a king sized bed, huge bathroom, and small 'kitchen' area. The staff was friendly. There is a little supermarket next door and pleasant cafes within easy walking distance.

Recently stayed at the Argenta Towers Hotel in Buenos Aires to complete a South American Vacation. I was excited about staying at this hotel because my previous experience was great. Unfortunately, the hotel is starting to show a lack of attention and maintenance. The main entrance and lobby area were still standard and in need of updating. The front desk staff was helpful and efficient. I had an executive suite which was in desperate need of repair. Initially the smell of the room and the entire floor was indicative of moisture. There were stains on the carpet and furniture. The bedding was old but clean. The bathroom's fixtures needed replacing. The whirlpool tub did not work and leaked (which could explain the smell of moisture/mold). Breakfast was still good. It consisted of meats, eggs, french toast, breads, yogurt, fresh fruit, juice, coffee, tea. Overall, the hotel was just ok. Unfortunately, I will be looking for a different hotel for future visits.

bueno critica ninguna mejor diria destacar la excelente atencion seguridad buena comida y buenisimas habitaciones, una anecdota se me quedo la camara digital en el lobby y regrese despues de media hora y los chicos del hotel la tenian a buen recaudo espero alojarme en mi proximo viaje a buenos aires, es la senga vez que me alojo en el argenta felicitaciones sigan asi

Yo fui con mi hermana el año pasado. Aunque allí era invierno, tuvimos una temperatura increíble; hacía 20 grados!!! En cuanto al hotel, es todo una joya. La habitación tenía un armario increíble, era enorme. Había un baño muy completo. Además tenía una cocina con microondas y todo, en la agencia no nos lo dijeron y al llegar nos quedamos encantadas. Las camas eran una delicia, cómodas. Además en la habitación no había ni un ruido, ni siquiera se oía los de la calle. El desayuno era una delicia, había de todo. A la hora de la comida y cena, la hacíamos en el mismo hotel. Hacedlo no os arrepentireis. Cocinan como los dioses, siempre pedíamos costillitas de cordero (nada que ver con las de aquí, parecía que teníamos al codero entero en el plato)... Los empleados eran maravillosos. Solo tengo palabras de agradecimientos para ellos. Mi hermana,una noche a eso de las 12, se puso enferma y quise llamar al seguro que tenía contratado en la agencia de viajes y ellos no me dejaron. Uno de ellos fue a la farmacia más cercana (y eso que él ya había acabado el turno de trabajo) y le trajo medicinas, las cuales pago de su propio bolsillo. A la hora de pagárselas no me dejo. Son unas personas maravillosas. No dudeis en ir a este hotel. Lo tiene todo: ubicación buenísima, trabajadores increibles, un restaurante fantástico.... Vosotros decidis.

I booked this hotel through a flight/hotel deal, and wasn't sure what to expect. I was very pleasantly surprised- the room was sparkling and spacious, with a large bathroom and separate wetbar/eating area with a table and chairs. The surrounding neighborhhood is quiet- there's a church next door. If you're a walker, you can get down to the redeveloped port area, ferry terminal, or the posh area of Recoleta in 15-20 mins. I walked all over the city, and found that the hotel was well situated to a tourist's needs. There are very nice restaurants within a few blocks and lovely museums. Having the Plaza San Martin and its Metro stop nearby is great too. I'd certainly stay here again!
