reasonably clean hotel... besides the reception and the staff... anyway... this place is a "4" star... ?180 a night!! please stay closer to the old town of ibiza... lovely 3 star hotels or even 2 star with pools and nice staff that our friends stayed at., way better choices down ibiza town. The location of the plaza was very close to the sex shops, the ibiza ladies' club and opposite a derelict car park surrounded by corrogated iron. To top the glorious stay at this tangerine / dated hotel, we asked the night porter for directions 1 night and he growled at us like a hyiena after a hot dog... we also asked for a late check out, they told us we could not have 1 as the hotel was full. However, we met 10 people at most while staying there. The afternoon staff said then that they were only half full... we were told that if we stayed until after 9 pm that evening that we could have the pleasure of full charge... what a lovely hotel.. will go back tomorrow for the full "plaza plastic 1980's throwback pleasure". enjoy if you go... please take our advice and stay closer to ibiza old town

Para quien busque en Ibiza un Hotel bien situado, donde puedes acceder a pie a toda la ciudad más importante de la isla, en un hotel de calidad, sin duda este es el hotel. Aparte está abierto todo el año. Me gustó mucho el restaurante, bastante mejor que la media de los restaurantes ya no de hotel, sino incluso de ciudad. Una cosa muy, muy importante a tener en cuenta y lo averigué después de un consejo de un amigo es reservar directamente con el hotel, especialmente a través de su web (no cualquiera de las 3000 en las que aparece) ya que esto te asegura el mejor precio y a la vez, incluso el trato parece diferente. Te consideran más "su cliente". La piscina reducida pero limpísima y el jacuzzi fabuloso.

Hotel website states location in quite residential part of town, well its not. Its located on a very busy street over a public parking lot, very very noisey. Located a very long way from the beach. Rooms are small and very dated and did I say noisey?. Hotel states internet access however during the time we stayed there was no internet availlable. Next time will stay down by the beach
