Stayed on business(16 people). Rooms very small, basic and as no air con there was a lot of noise from the road. A lot of my colleagues were tall or large and the single beds were not big enough. Breakfast was OK and included in our price. Cleaning was not very thorough. Hardly any English spoken. Not particularly helpful, a leave you to it attitude. We ordered a projector for a conference and got an overhead one - didn't think they still existed - which caused problems. Conference room next to street and therefore suffers from noise also. Convenient for Aldstadt as tram 707 or 715 leaves right outside. Greek restaurant good but expensive compared to other restaurants in the area. Overall an average hotel. Think I would try somewhere else next time.

Achten Sie auf versteckte Kosten! Wir buchten unsere 2 Zimmer für 10 Tage durch ein Reisebüro. Entsprechend der Website des Hotels und mehreren Werbematerialien im Internet sollte das Frühstück kostenlos sein. Falsch! Uns wurden 32 Euro für jeden der 10 Tage berechnet, nachdem wir aus dem Hotel ausgecheckt hatten. Wir hatten keine Rechnung unterschrieben noch sagte man uns, dass uns die Mahlzeiten in Rechnung gestellt werden. Wir versuchten den Gebühren zu widersprechen. Uns wurde jedoch gesagt, dass es sich hierbei um legitime Berechnungen handelt, laut unserem Kreditkartenunternehmen. Deshalb denken wir, dass wir vom Hotel über den Tisch gezogen wurden. Bevor Sie in das Hotel einchecken und dort frühstücken, stellen Sie sicher, dass es wirklich umsonst ist oder auf Sie wartet eine große Überraschung, wenn Sie Ihre Kreditkartenabrechnung bekommen.

Die Zimmer waren ziemlich klein, obwohl das Bettzeug schön und sauber war. Die Teppiche waren schmutzig. Uns wurde gesagt, dass das Personal Englisch spricht, was aber nicht wahr ist. Als wir um 21:30 Uhr ankamen und essen wollten, wurde uns gesagt, dass das Restaurant bis 23:30 Uhr geöffnet hat. Wir gingen um 22 Uhr zum Restaurant und uns wurde gesagt, dass es nur noch 10 Minuten bis zur Schließung des Restaurants sind. Ich würde dort nicht wieder absteigen und es nicht empfehlen.

Beware of hidden costs! We booked our 2 rooms for 10 days through a travel agent. According to the hotel's website and several advertisements elsewhere on the internet, breakfast is free of charge. Wrong! We were charged 32 euros for each of the 10 days after we checked out of our hotel. We did not sign a charge slip nor did they tell us at anytime we were going to be charged for the meals. We tried to dispute the charges but were told these were a legitimate charge by our credit card company. So, we feel like we were ripped off by the hotel. Before you check into this hotel and eat breakfast there, make sure that it actually is free or you will wind up with a large surprising bill when you get your credit card bill.

The rooms were quite small although the bedding nice and clean . The carpets were dirty. We were told the staff were english speaking not true. As we arrived about 9.30 pm and wanted to eat we were told the resturant was open until 11.30 pm we went to eat at 10pm and were told 10minutes to closing. I would not stay here again and would not recomend it.
